He talked through the problem to help me understand what might he going on, explaining along the way. He figured out what the problem was, but needed to trace the wire path to figure out where it was occurring. In the end, the job took 2.5 hours, and Robert charged us the price he quoted, which was than fair due to the time he took. Since Kot was the installer I called them to come repair it. I was told they could not come until Jan. 3rd, over three weeks away. This was unacceptable as I could not get the driveway plowed with the wire in the way. I have removed them from my reliable contractors list and will not call them again. Apparently they don't take responsibility for their installations.
