Five stars for quality of work and fair pricing. Mike was extremely helpful and I am thrilled with the finished patch - I will be back.

Their online drops are legendary--beautiful, meaningful designs rooted in Hawaiian culture--but blink and you'll miss them. I've lost out more times than I can count, so stepping into their charming little yellow cottages on Monsarrat Avenue felt like a dream come true. The shop is small but thoughtfully curated, with just one of each size available--so every piece feels extra special. There are a few parking spots right out front (a gift in itself on Monsarrat!), and the whole experience feels intimate and intentional. From the hand-printed fabrics to the cultural storytelling woven into every design, Kealopiko is more than a clothing brand--it's a celebration of place, language, and identity. Super adorbs and totally worth the visit.

I saw the reviews of others saying that the service isn't super friendly. I get it. I live with some pretty angry Hawaiians and I get that it's hard to be happy all the time living here and working in an area filled with tourists. The few times I've been here, service has been a mixed bag. But they all get the job done. They'll usually try to give you a new item (instead of the display items) if they have any in stock. I think they are card only. Ofc the most difficult thing about kealopiko is how exclusive it is. They make their clothes in small batches and hand print the material. It's good quality items and honestly less expensive than some other locally owned stores, so I like shopping here. It's just sometimes hard to get your hands on things. I'll definitely be back. I try to follow them on Instagram so that I can head to the store when they do a drop. It was definitely easier when I lived in town.

Like I wear the same boring clothes. So, I was so annoyed when I had to shop at 8:00 pm because I'm going to take family pics and have been putting off thinking what I'm going to wear. I walked in and Jeans Warehouse is totally different than 15 years ago. Idk what to get or how to wear these new styles. LUCKILY, just before giving up I asked one of the workers to please help since I'm taking family pics!!! It's like 8:40 and I'm freaking out cuz I don't want to stare at myself in family pics looking like I hate my clothes!!! She was so helpful, rushing around the store and offering suggestions of stuff I'd never wear but I'm like "you choose and I'll try" .... Omg!!!! She was so good and kind and nice!!! I was thinking I probably couldn't find anything but thanks to the staff. I DID!!! And the prices are still very affordable. They have a huge selection of local stuff now and nurseries SCRUBS!!! Thank you thank you I'm so grateful. May be I'll go back and tell her to find me more clothes!!! Haha.

Every time i come here she never fails to make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome which is even crazier , i work in customer service and that's the #1 thing you're supposed to focus on. I glanced back at her and she was rolling her eyes, it might have been because there was a minor misunderstanding.. something was out of package and i was touching it , my mistake, but I did not appreciate that behavior especially cause I'm a local here and I always come and every single time I come to this exact store she always has a crazy look on her face and it always ruins my whole shopping experience. I hate writing bad reviews it makes me feel ugly especially cause im not a rude person but with the service i dealt with it's only necessary, other then that it's a good place.

The brand has a long history in street culture, and this location reflects that identity with a clean and minimalist retail space focused entirely on the clothing. The store layout is simple and well organized, which makes it easy to browse through the collections. Racks feature a mix of graphic tees, hoodies, hats, and other staple pieces that the brand is known for. The designs maintain the classic Stüssy style that blends surf, skate, and street culture influences. One thing that makes this location interesting is the connection between the brand and Hawaii's surf culture. Stüssy originally emerged from surf roots in California, and seeing the brand represented in a place like Waikiki feels very fitting. The shop tends to attract both visitors and locals who are interested in streetwear and limited releases. The environment inside is relaxed and focused more on the clothing itself rather than flashy retail design. What stood out to me most was how the store maintains the authenticity of the Stüssy brand while fitting naturally into the Waikiki shopping scene. Overall, Stüssy Honolulu is a great stop if you are into streetwear or want to check out one of the well-known global brands located along Kalākaua Avenue.

Buwahahahahahaha! Before Covid-19 I used to go to this place called - "Sheridan Laundry" on Young Street (MAHALO Bruddah Peter Y. fo' da hook up about Sheridan Laundry) to get my pants altered. The nice Korean lady who worked at Sheridan Laundry was very good at her craft, and her prices for alterations were very reasonable. Unfortunately during Covid-19 her business tanked, and she no longer does alterations. From there, I found another alteration business on Pensacola Street, but the prices that the lady changes to alter a pair of pants slowly crept up to $14.00. Yikes! Thanks to my Yelp buddy - Jo C., for posting her AWESOME review of - "777 Fashion & Alterations" in Chinatown. Wanna know what da BESTEST part about this business?
