We received the order the afternoon before the event, but we were not able to use the men's shirts because the design was too big. We decided to use the women's tees for events. In our business, customer satisfaction is number one and we strive to make sure our customers are completely happy. I was not happy as a customer, therefore I reacted strongly. I now have to spend more money to purchase shirts with the correct design size, so I was upset.
