They formatted, printed and complete my order within an hour- same day I ordered. I recently signed up for a personal mailbox and the process was smooth and easy! Chloe walked me through the process and even entertained my request for a specific box number. While my initial preference wasn't available, we worked together to choose a box that worked perfectly for me. I don't get a lot of mail but when I do, I feel myself excited to go into the store and say hi to everyone. They're great people providing a great service to our great community!

I go up to this fellow with an accent (don't know his name but said he was some sort of manager) I ask him to show me where the wide ruled paper is and he doesn't even help he just tries to sell me a printer. I continually said no, because I have a printer. He also pestered me about some odd phone screen saver. After I said no about a few times, he altogether ceased "helping" me, walked away, and proceeded to ignore me. I was comepletely offended and disatisfied. I've never been treated so badly by an employee, let alone tormented by a manager. I'm extremely disappointed in what Staples has become in the past several months. The store itself has become dilapdated, and to be frank, trash. I will take my business to Office Depot thanks to this egregious excuse of a manager.
