This is hands down the best UPS Store in the area! The staff is always extremely friendly and willing to help no matter how big or small my request may be. I recently signed up for a personal mailbox and the process was smooth and easy! Chloe walked me through the process and even entertained my request for a specific box number. While my initial preference wasn't available, we worked together to choose a box that worked perfectly for me. I don't get a lot of mail but when I do, I feel myself excited to go into the store and say hi to everyone. They're great people providing a great service to our great community! read more

I have to say I was very surprised on the service I received today. Normally it's always been a great experience with courteous service. Today on the other hand, it was cold, rude and extremely unprofessional. The young lady with blond hair and tattoos on her fingers and to top it off, she wearing house slippers. If I could give less stars, I would. We attempted to do an Amazon return per the instructions and they refused the package because it had been opened and resealed. You don't know if it's the wrong product unless you open the package! Called the UPS store, Amazon department, and they said the store didn't know what they were doing and screwed up. We wasted time and gas ($$$) with these people. Absolutely terrible service!!! read more

They constantly have an attitude every time I go here. So condescending and acting like they're doing a me a favor when I ask them a question. Avoid this location and go to the Main St location for a more pleasant experience. read more

Every single time I use this store the customer service is terrible. The employees have an attitude and they're very impatient. I watched a customer try to look up information and the girl behind the counter huffed very loudly. Very rarely will you see a friendly employee! They need to either get rid of all the staff and start fresh OR train them on customer service!! read more

Don't ever ship with this UPS -- they will break your stuff and deny the claim even after you pay for the guarantee and have them package your shipment. Say goodbye to over $1,000. I paid them $200 to package and ship my TV. They did not pad it, dropped something on it, then the claim was denied. So I'm out the $1,000 for the TV AND the $200 to package and ship my TV. Worst service ever. I will never ship with these people again. BEWARE!!!! Update. I have refused to pay for my invoices now.. I told them to approve the claims and deduct what I owe. I am NOT paying those invoices when they owe me $500 more than my invoices come to on the "chance" that they will approve the claims. They never even processed two of them, come to find out. I filed 3 claims total for packages they damaged. This is crazy and REALLY bad business. read more

Let me start by saying that I've never left there disappointed. In fact, I've never left there without a smile on my face. How many of you can say that about your shipping experiences? No hands? Oh, okay you must not have stepped into this store. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful. And when I say that, I still feel like I'm understating how nice they are and how easy it is to ship with them. They are so efficient, it's almost embarrassing to the other stores. Sorry other stores, but I've found the one. Expect the best, because that is exactly what you will get! I've dealt with several employees, and any one of them can answer any question and they will take their time to make sure you are offered the best possible solution. Do not ever ship with this UPS Store at 1050 Glenbrook Way, Hendersonville, TN! Worst customer service ever, rude and they all have horrible attitudes! They have lost every package I have shipped through this store and then say they have no record of it even with my tracking receipt they had given me. It's the best for someone who works from home/out of the car like me. You can drop off pacakges, make copies, send a fax, and get some great conversation from the girl who owns it. They also don't seem to nickle and dime you as much as some other UPS Stores I've had to use. They scanned and e-mailed some documents for me for only 10 cents a page...another store charged me over $5 for this same service. read more

After having a package damaged one time during shipping and UPS not doing anything about it, I let these guys pack all my shipments. If they pack it it's guaranteed safe or they cover the damages. It costs a lot for the really fragile stuff but to me, its worth it. Plus they are very friendly and fast...never any long waits or frustrations. They also have an online address book that keeps all of your old addresses...very helpful. read more
