Very disappointed with our order last night. We ordered togo order of a small whole chicken, which is supposed to come with 6 standard bone-in pieces. Instead, we received only 4 actual bone-in pieces, and the other 2 were just tiny, dry, boneless bite-sized nuggets, not even standard boneless pieces or wings. So the place was busy for take out. I got 1/2 a whole chicken (if that makes sense) I felt it was over sauced and had to wrap the chicken in paper towels. They do have plastic knives but you have to ask for them. The pieces seem to be hacked up. I did get a wing and leg and I think a small chicken breast. I ordered fries, not realizing the chicken comes with rice & daikon. They brought the fries out first so they were cold by the time my chicken arrived. The rice was scooped with an ice cream dipper so it was dry in some places, mushy in others... Drinks are $2 by the can. My bill was over $25. All in all a terrible value. This is just my family's experience and I'm sure there are days where the chicken tastes perfectly fine. We've ordered from other locations at different times and tasted great, but today it tasted off. We figured out that the skin tasted fine, but when ate the chicken by itself, we realized it was the chicken that was off. We told them we couldn't eat it and should leave but they insisted they try again. We felt bad so let them try again and it still tasted off. I found this place when I was randomly out nearby. I don't think they offer the best ways to order food for a single person. There's no combos for sides, and I think they're over priced.
