A bunch of crooks. Vehicle did not fail. Made a point of when I first came in that if it failed the test you still had to pay. Vehicle did not fail and still had to pay. They do not provide a free retest stating the O2 sensor that is new has to be ran for a few hundred miles. Total BS. Stay away from this crooked place. read more

The person at the counter of the other shop was extremely rude and unprofessional with customers and I decided not to spend my money there. Don't say you close at 6 PM and tell a customer that's around the corner at 5:40 to come back tomorrow at 9 AM when you're clearly still open... an experienced smog tech takes 15 - 20 minutes maybe to smog a car so you still would be off right on time even if I came in at 5:45. I called this place because of ratings and proximity, so I'm surprised to have experienced such poor customer service read more

Do NOT come here. These people are THIEVES. A member of our community had their bike stolen and it was found stored inside at this location. Workers acted clueless. Be careful giving them your business especially if you leave something behind in your car, they will probably steal it then act dumb. I won't be coming here again. I went to BB Smog Check because of the good reviews and the 31.75 coupon. Unfortunately, my vehicle didn't pass ONLY because I was out of state for 30 days and had disconnected my battery, not realizing it would effect the smog test if I reconnected it without driving it for 60+ miles first. Anyway, I paid the testing fee, which makes sense, and I figured the retest would be free since every other smog station offers free retest. I drove the car 100+ miles and took it back to BB the next day only to be charged MORE for the retest than the original test, and of course, my car passed since it was just a time issue to allow the cars computer to thoroughly wake up after being disconnected for 30 days. What a rip-off! Don't waste your time or your money coming here. read more
