The work was fine, and came out exactly as promised. I wouldn't say they were the most helpful in finding me the perfect fit, but when I explicitly said what I wanted done they did it. They also finished pretty quickly, under 1 week, and were kind and respectful. I'll definitely be back for things like hemming my pants and sleeves.

I worked with an older man that is not the lady that I've usually consulted with. He was immediately combative. He pinned the pants where he wanted and refused to change it. I expressed where I wanted it and I wanted a taper leg ( the pants were straight) . He said he understood what I wanted and I paid. Upon picking up the paints and seeing they didn't look right I asked to try them on and it looked like he took an inch or 2 off the hem and sewed it up. The pants are curved and have no appearance of being taper. You couldn't see a leg in the pants if there were 2 pairs. When telling him what I wanted he said "I must not be right in the head and he couldn't do anything more' . The only additional response I could receive is " people paper clip there pants to make them look like that". What?!? Complete waste of 30 bucks and 5days. Now I have a business trip in 2 days with botched pants. Be cognizant of who you consult with. I will never be returning.

She changed the thread to match the outer colors of the patches, from gold to green to red to black. They look great.

They were very fast and got my 4 pairs of jeans pinned in no time. I got back all 4 pairs and they managed to match the thread colors for the hems perfectly as well as trimming the bottom of the cuffs. I hate excess material. Prices are higher than others and it takes them longer to finish than others, but otherwise, no other negative things to say. Recommended.

And he doesn't take forever or charge a ARM & a LEG either! He's the best at what he does! I personally give him KUDOS because he deserves it!!!

She was very snooty and rude. walked away, feeling embarrassed. I took the jacket to my Dry Cleaners, Crystal Cleaners, and asked the alteration lady to have a look at it. She said it needed to be taken in, where she pinned it, a button needed to be moved over, and it needed a snap. She asked me who made it, and she praised me and applauded, saying I did really good, making it all by myself. She looked at the lining, and said what a beautiful job I did on the lining. She praised me, in front of another employee, for making and even designing the shirt-jacket. She told me to take it home and sew it myself, since I sew. She even gave me a free snap to attach to my bow. I will never go to Perfect Fit Alterations. I will always use Crystal Cleaners Alterations. I am even including a picture of my jacket.

But I didn't realize how great they are in our community. They have one program that lets students who are going to dances, can recommend that other students rent tuxes from them, and that individual can earn their rental free. They have specific requirements, but so wonderful. They've done other things that schools and individuals have told me, but they're great. And they'll always be our first call.

I ordered a suit at the Hornaday location and was told it would be ready March 12 after alterations. When I arrived on March 15, two associates looked directly at me but never acknowledged me. I waited about 10 minutes. Another customer walked in and was immediately helped. Only after I spoke up--and after the customer who arrived after me was helped first--did the associate assist me. I was then told my suit had been sent to the Battleground store with no explanation, forcing me to drive across town. When I arrived there, the associate tried to hand me my suit uncovered on a hanger and spoke to me in a condescending tone when I declined to buy a garment bag. When I asked for his name, he refused. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was shocking.

Quickest alterations in Greensboro!…read more We unfortunately had a death in the family and realized last minute that my husband had a rip in the seam of his suit pants. We called all around town and heard things like "we send that out" or "we don't do that here". After calling KT Alterations we were told to come right in and they would be happy to take care of it. From the time I walked through the door to getting the pants back about 4 minutes had gone by. Just long enough to notice these beautiful handmade masks. As we went to check out we realized there was no charge for the hem of the pants, and a great deal on the four masks. We will definitely be back for any alteration/mending/fitting needs in the future.
