I walked in and greeted the lady at the counter. She didn't greet me back and looked pre-annoyed by my presence. I had both items in garment bags, quite heavy, in my arms but she stared blankly. I said that I wanted to see about having them cleaned there and informed one was a wedding dress and the other was the custom dress with special fabric. She never looked at the items but said the wedding dress would stay at $450 and 6 weeks but she couldn't say for the other. Her boss was out of town and would be back Monday if I wanted to speak to her about it. Still, never even looked at either item. I took my dresses back and didn't go back to this business.
