I believe his name was Drew or Devin but he was quick to help us by loaning us some tools. He couldn't help too much as they it was lunch time and they were short staffed. A bystander, Kevin, was there having his truck worked on help us a lot and we were able to stabilize the awning and continue on our vacation. Without Kenmac's and Kevin's help we would have been up the proverbial creek without a paddle.

So she tell me itll be there by 1045am, im outdside waiting for the shuttle "parts truck" to get at 1056am shes comes outside to tell that they dont actually have the part now and its gotta come from bellingham and i can pick it up in the morning. I took 2 buses to get there so i had to leave my dog in my broken truck because i cant bring her on the bus and it now 3 1/2 hours longer then i was supposed to be gone, its getting hot outside "windows are down a little" and i have no part to fix my truck and i live 3 hours away in south pierce county... They're pretty good…read more I'm not a commercial customer or an auto repair shop but they still treat me well. Talk to Colin or Graham if you can. They're really knowledgable. I've had bad experiences with some of the other staff - Gord and the short lady with the grey hair - tried to sell me the wrong parts and told me that I don't know what I'm talking about. I don't need that. Colin really goes the extra mile each and every time I go there. I've never really met him outside of the store. He's not a friend. But he makes me feel like they value my patronage.
