He adopts state of the art technology at his practice and has a network of respected and esteemed specialists in Melbourne which placed me in the hands of one of the best Periodontal surgeons in the state. My husband required complicated extractions and jaw surgery. Dr Paino was available outside of business hours on his personal mobile to provide support to my husband late at night when he was extremely unwell after being released from hospital. Last month my son was due to fly interstate but was unwell with an infection related to wisdom teeth. We messaged Dr Paino on a Saturday night to seek his advice and he immediately responded and provided a telehealth appointment and arranged for a script to be sent to a 24 hour chemist. This meant our son was well enough to travel a few days later. We can't thank him enough for his expertise, kindness and willingness to provide such out of scope help and support without expecting anything in return. The dentist was lovely, even if he did break my heart by telling me that grazing may be the best thing for your waistline, but the worst thing for your teeth. Darn decay. He was constantly checking in throughout the procedure making sure I was still comfortable, which was very reassuring. A thorough initial assessment led by Dr Fern White revealed a pretty bleak outlook without comprehensive treatment. This came as no surprise after some 70 years of dental work, latterly much of it just patching up. Offered three options I chose the top programme. Some months of intensive treatment later, thanks to Dr Mikhil and colleagues I now have a set of strong teeth and a confident smile. I cannot speak too highly of this practice where the different skills of the team are brought together effectively and caringly . Everyone seems to know who you are and what stage your treatment is at and problems along the way are rapidly addressed. Whilst the initial outlay seemed a challenge, it was actually a very good deal for the hours of work and complexity of treatment I received.

I am so thankful to the dentists and nurses who were always patient with me and acted very kindly, as I am sure I was being a bit childish at times. I had been suffering with a broken tooth for a month and it had gotten to the point where something had to be done. I did some research and discovered that Dr. Olstein offeres sleep dentistry. I liked the sound of it, but after enquiring into the cost realised that it may not suite my budget. I decided to go see Dr Olstein and see what he was like. My experience at his clinic was wonderful. Right from the moment we walked in the door. The dental assistant was so lovely. She was so reassuring, gentle and professional. Dr Olstein himself was such a sweet man. He spoke to me about the possibility of keeping my busted up tooth with a root canal, but i wanted it gone. There was NO NEEDLE, he used some kind of magic called a wand. The Wand is essentially a computer-controlled dental injection. The flow rate of the local anaesthetic is controlled by a computer. This means that the injection is guaranteed to be slow and steady and therefore comfortable. I honestly didn't feel a thing. Dr Olstein was so lovely. I will be going back to him for all my dental requirements. I have even recommended him and his practice to people.
