This attention to detail shows in the final product: a pure, one ingredient product. 100% chocolate like this has no bitterness; it consists of rich, exquisite flavours with beautiful mouth feel. Don't let the low quality corporate dark chocolates you may have tried, with their bitterness, poor quality ingredients, and months on the shelf scare you away from a once in a lifetime opportunity to taste this amazing product. The only major problem was that my partner ordered a Milkshake and it was basically milk? I don't know if it had any ice cream in it. By the time we realized though we were already in the car. It was basically like sipping milk through a straw. A bit disappointing. The girl at the front was a bit stunned but very very nice. She was also from Edmonton so I'll give her a 5/5 in solidarity.
