The main room is the hair salon about the size of a medium sized living room with wooden floor and very open. I've also gotten a massage there before and it was very good too. It was kind of in an odd place in like the basement where it was a little dark and chilly. However, the massage was pretty good. I've had a few better but I think it was good for the price. As a business owner, I believe you need to keep your opinions to yourself and keep the conversation light and breezy or to a minimum. I asked for square nails, but they ended up looking uneven and shaped more like teeth than square nails. To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they refused to refund my money. Instead of trying to fix the situation, they told me they didn't want me to come back. After the experience I had today, I wouldn't want to return anyway. Overall, the customer service was extremely unprofessional, the quality of the work was poor, and they took no responsibility for their mistakes.
