Even after I explained multiple times what I wanted, he continued to argue with me instead of listening to the customer. When he started doing the French tips, they were visibly crooked. I pointed this out, but again, he insisted that I was wrong and that they looked fine. The shape of the nails was also awful. I asked for square nails, but they ended up looking uneven and shaped more like teeth than square nails. To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they refused to refund my money. Instead of trying to fix the situation, they told me they didn't want me to come back. After the experience I had today, I wouldn't want to return anyway. Overall, the customer service was extremely unprofessional, the quality of the work was poor, and they took no responsibility for their mistakes. I left disappointed and with nails that looked nothing like what I requested.

Or speaking in another language and carrying on complete conversations while doing my Nails's. This is extremely rude. I moved here from the Tampa Bay Area in Florida and the choices for nail salons were endless. Not here, I'm afraid as I think I have been to almost all salons that people have recommended to me. The people at the salon speak perfect English which is a plus. It is not very nice when some salons speak another language right in front of you as they are doing your nails. They get quite busy, so I suggest an appointment. But they do walk-ins but you are taking a chance as the availability is limited. I have been coming here for about two years now and never have had a problem. They are located in the plaza that has Tropical smoothie and K-Mart. The prices are within the range of other salons. The owners, which I have got to know after coming here for awhile are awesome. If you speak English and feel uncomfortable at a salon that does not, or if you have problems at your current salon, this is the place you ought to be. The owners are married and the wife does my nails now. I just tell her what color and let her do her magic. Sometimes I just say "you pick out something." Almost every time she does my nails, I get compliments.

I've only ever went to Kayla, but I've never heard a dissatisfied customer from any of the other hair stylists either. 360 degree salon and day spa is in a residential part of town and I think it was actually once just a regular house that they turned into a salon. The main room is the hair salon about the size of a medium sized living room with wooden floor and very open. I've also gotten a massage there before and it was very good too. It was kind of in an odd place in like the basement where it was a little dark and chilly. However, the massage was pretty good. I've had a few better but I think it was good for the price. Overall, this is a nice, small-town salon. I love the homey feeling of it and the staff definitely makes you feel at home as well. I would definitely recommend.

I've since moved to saginaw and still don't mind the drive to bay city just for their services. Prices are amazing and you don't need an appt either. If you call ahead most days they can fit you in somewhere. Techs are amazing and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Many colors and options to choose from for nails including acrylics and gel manicures. Everybody is professional and accommodating
