I would suggest that they add another one as there typically a long line up of people ready to make a purchase (update: they have added another machine). Conveniently located on The Drive makes this medicinal marijuana very convenient. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Quality of products and customer service is top-notch. Like the vending machines as well but they can be hit-or-miss. In general you can tell it is a very well-run business because everything is high quality. Only negative I think I can say is that I think certain products have increased in price in the past few months. They sold me a half-ounce of some of the worst weed I've ever smoked in my life, then refused to provide an adequate refund. I was shopping at this location for roughly a month, and everything was fine. The prices were good and the quality was too. I usually pick up an ounce on each pay check (semi-monthly), and I would get this as a half-ounce of two different strains, usually spending $120 a visit. The vending machines are accessible and there are four of them, I never needed to spend more than 5 minutes in the store. My experience changed when I bought some of their "Zombie" strain. I brought it home and busted up about an 1/8 of an ounce (4.5 grams as it turned out). I rolled up a couple of large joints for my wife to take out with her that night, we smoked a joint together, then she headed out to the show the doing that night. I smoked the remainder and she smoked her joints, and both of us were stone-cold sober and had a massive head ache. When I went to store to buy some replacement, the first lady that I talked to at the store was quite receptive about the situation. She told me to bring it back and we would figure something out. I returned the next day with the product in hand, and was greeted by a middle-aged gentleman. After talking breifly he offered to make an exchange for the remainder of the product. When I told him that I expected a full replacement of what I paid for, his attitude became very indignant and stated that I could take it or leave, so I took my bag of garbage left. Now here is where the problem lies. I personally believe that if any product, and especially commestible items (alcohol, food, ect.), is grossly inadequate in it's production or preparation, then the customer should be provided a replacement or a refund. But that's my own opinion. The long and short of it then is that I will not be returning to this establishment as they obviously have no qualms about putting garbage on their shelves and being high-handed about complaints. 1/5 read more

Had my first visit with the BC Pain Society just recently. Seems like a decent place with fair prices on bud, staff are nice and they even have a tables where you can sit and roll up. The guy with the thick accent who appeared to be the manager is kind of a douchebag though, doesn't seem to treat his customers very nicely and seems to have an attitude for some reason but, hey there's always going to be a rotten apple no matter where you go, right? read more

I don't understand why the other reviews are so negative. I have only been here twice and other than that, I order online. The associates I speak to are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. My parcels arrive fast and I am extremely pleased with the quality and the amazing prices. I like the BC Pain Society over other dispensaries precisely because they have high quality merchandise at a very low price point. I recommend this establishment without hesitation. It has been a godsend to me because I have a low income and the prices are much lower than "street" prices in most cases. read more

Worst service ever. Ordered Online Thursday and they said it would be here by next Wednesday,(by the way I ordered somewhere else is it was here in 3 days) just to have them call me Tuesday to say they didn't get my e-transfer and I should send it again. (shady) She was rude on the phone and told me "if I want I should could go somewhere else". Bad for business. I canceled. Good one BC Pain Society. Some people really rely on there medication.
