I found RIH online after having been less than satisified with other companies we tried previously. 100% recommend Right at Home. With RIH I have been so impressed over the entire duration! From the initial consultation to the final day. Owner Bobbie was available to us at all times, which I found very comforting. Veronica in the office was super helpful and patient with our high maintenance scheduling (we had very tricky scheduling and last minute changes). She also came out to train in person if we had a new person coming in. We often had Crystal with our Mum, she was AMAZING with her. She not only helped my Mum with showering etc, but with EVERYTHING from changing linens, light housekeeping, cooking healthy meals, companionship and the list goes on. We also really like Mona - the office was great for trying to keep only 1 or 2 workers on the schedule with my Mum because of her dementia. Everyone has been Covid safe, wearing masks, washing hands, sanitizing. My Mum's condition has deteriorated quickly so we are now moving her into a long term care home. As promised, the next morning she called to say she had found it and would personally deliver it to the resort. If it wasn't for her, my Dad and Mom would have had to return home. Her commitment to excellent service is rare these days. I felt blessed to have found her! My Dad was so impressed, he gave her information to the Hotel GM and recommended they use her!

I got to see the physician after an hour and a half, and was smartly told upon asking again, after an hour wait, that patients with appointments take priority over walk-ins. Staff seemed to feel it was an intrusion to be asked how long it would take. An odd attitude since the business itself seems to think that wait times are important enough to patients to put an estimate on their website - albeit a totally inaccurate estimate. It would be immensely helpful for there to be wifi access in the waiting are so people can use their time effectively. This business might also consider allowing patients access to their physician's note over the web.

His training techniques are like no other and I love that he comes to my home to work with me. This past week I was building something big and the twisting with heavy objects eventually got me into trouble. I was told to come back at 1:45, an hour and thirty minutes after I walked in. So I come back at 1:30 to them telling me that the doctor is now on lunch break and that they've been telling people (not including me) to go to other open clinics. Ridiculous. I ask where the express care clinic is I was told across the mall and old sears. Yet another mistake, the clinic was located at the bottom of promontory. BIG waste of my time. Absolutely ridiculous. 10/10 do not recommend, unless its absolute last resort.
