We received a card with Four Seasons Landscaping information on it. We called for an estimate. They came out the following day. Manuel and his team worked hard and did a wonderful job. They ended up fixing the rock wall, which needed some repairs. They re-stained and put a H20 protective layer of sealant on the wood fence. They also replaced a beam on the wood fence that had bowed. They also re-painted the cast iron gates. (They were very sun bleached) They also resealed the patio walkway and stones with a water sealant. It brought the color back to life. We just purchased this newly built house and were able to select the type of front yard landscaping Bella's offered. Then on top of that, we were offered an incredible quote for the backyard. Everything came out so perfect! Our dogs are especially happy with the backyard for their running and playing! We specifically also asked for an extra little cement side walk for the trash bin and they gave us a fair price for that as well. They have a great eye for color coordination which is great because it really matched our house colors! They will also add an automatic watering system so you never have to worry about keeping your plants watered. The control panel also has different options to fit all your water bill needs. They will also advise how to keep your turf as clean as possible and contact them 2 weeks prior to every 6 months for maintenance. If you maintain your turf well with leaf blowing the sand and cleaning with the hose, you can be charged only $250 for maintenance versus $750. Definitely great advice from Maria! He was able to suggest hardy drought resistant plants that would not only serve as a property boundary, but also give us a break from watering so often. In addition, we wanted plants that would help pollinator populations by providing sustenance with flowers. Eli and his crew spent 3 days clearing out the planter beds, applying fertilizer, planting beautiful desert plants, laying down weed barriers, and applying a stone layer topped with boulders between plants. Cacti, Agave, Ocotillo and succulents. They performed amazing work resulting in a beautiful yard. The cost was quite reasonable. If you need professional work with awesome results, Millan Landscaping comes with our highest recommendation. There are 2 more projects planned for later this year and next Spring.
