He was here, analyzed the problem, explained it to me and gave me an accurate quote on the part I would need and the labor charge, all for $20 as advertised. He told me that he could have the repair done today. I, too, am in the service industry as a Realtor. I will utilize his services EVERY time I need help with any repair services he offers.

Truthfully, I feel taken advantage of by that company, like they just wanted to make a sale, neglecting to properly inspect and diagnose my prior unit. The issues I was having previously have returned. I'm very frustrated and don't want to deal with them again. I should have known better when the responding tech took less than 5 minutes to mutter, "This heater is bad. This is not a good brand," despite my previous heater being only 4 years old. I contacted Coleman's A/C Heating & Appliance Repair seeking a professional who would listen carefully to the issues I'm describing and offer sound advice/solutions on how to proceed. I expected to hear back from Coleman's within a day or two. But my inquiry was responded to quickly. The technician was friendly, listened, and we discussed what could be done to get my hot water going again. It was suggested I contact the company that performed the install since I'm still under warranty.
