BC Smoke Shop (both their 1960 and Westheimer locations) are the only smoke shops I go to in Houston. Every time I walk in, the staff are always extremely polite and professional! They know when to back off if you just want to browse and look around, but they're there right away if you need help looking at something up close, or have any questions about the glass. They're extremely knowledgeable too! For most of their nicer pieces they'll be able to answer questions about where it's from too. One nice touch is that they'll give out free lighters--even if you don't buy anything! Just ask and they'll be more than happy to help you out. Though I have not purchased any hookah or e-cig products at BC, if the quality is anything like their other products it's sure to be fantastic and they'll help you out every step of the way with picking out whatever parts you may need. Their store is extremely clean, neat and nice smelling as well. I have been to shops that were VERY sketchy/dirty/grungy, but not at BC! Everything is always neatly organized and makes you feel that you're in a really professional store that cares about its customers. Every time I go to another smoke shop thinking that "oh, maybe this shop will be okay," I always leave disappointed because I have never found a shop that has ever come close to the attentiveness, cleanliness, and professionalism I get at BC. Cool helpful guys. New hookah owner and came in to buy some goods. Crew was super helpful in helping me smell their epic catalogue of Fantasia tobacco flavors. Hoping they'll get more Starbuzz goods(Hint hint) These bastards are sneaky good with service. I bought some self lighting charcoals with my order. I get home and realize they threw in a free lighter with some David Blaine slight of hand magic. Highly recommend. They also seem to have an amazing selection of bongs/pipes/accessories. Great place. Had only ever been to the one on westheimer. It was my first time buying a pipe ever and the vibe in BC is always chill. Makes me very calm and not anxious or feel pressured to bug something. Walked in and looked around the guy immediately acknowledged me being there. He continued helping his other customer and let me browse. He came over to help and even let me hold the piece I was eyeing. Great customer service here. I came in knowing hardly a thing about glass pieces and this one guy helped me out in finding something for a friend. Granted I didn't buy one but he walked me through with everything I needed to know, I have yet to try their e-juices but I plan to go back sometime to try their peach-mango e-juice. read more

i was looking to refill my collection of liquid for my e cig and i came across b c smoke shop. it was literally 5 minutes before closing and i was still a ways away. the gentleman was kind enough to stay open long enough for me to make my over. after i arrived he was more than helpful with helping me make a selection for a purchase. we even sat and discussed different types of Texas made juices that were popular, different companies who made different types of atomizers and units. needless to say, i was very pleased and will probably continue to use this location over vapor cafe off of louetta. not to say they are a bad company but its a little more of a drive than i am willing to make especially when prices are cheaper and are more local to the customer. thanks again b.c. smoke shop! read more
