SolarEdge has replaced them under warranty but trying to get Tim to respond to a text, call or email is very difficult. This week he said he would "get me installed on Friday", I'm not sure what Friday he is talking about because he never showed up called or texted me. The after install service is terrible and I feel locked in to Tim and Power Up since they did the install and control my log in to Solar Edge. I guess I will have to pay another company to come out and install the new inverter and maybe get control of my system. Everyday it's not working I'm losing money. When it works it's great but when it doesn't it sucks.

This company is horrible. Multiple electrical code violations throughout our home. No grounding rods in the ground. No proper grounding to the copper water lines. And the list goes on and on. We have spent over $2,500 out of pocket to fix all of the terrible work from this company. We worry every night that there is going to be an electrical fire because of all the shortcuts Tim's company took. Tim knows of what his company did to our home and cannot hide from the truth.

My inverter went out and I had nowhere to turn for service so I called Solar is your edge. They got right on the problem and coordinated with Solar edge, my monitoring company, and got the inverter replaced for me. Everything is up and running again. I give Solar is your edge 5 stars. They didn't have to help me but they did and I am ever so greatful. I will be using their company for all my solar needs from now on.
