I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. He finally responded after a follow-up call. He promised a quote by the end of the next day but never provided one. He then made an appointment and upon arriving banged on a window rather than knocking, or ringing the doorbell. I answered the door and said, laughingly, "Jose, you're so used to windows you forgot to use the door!" Unfortunately, Jose took what I intended to be a joke as offensive. He became defensive ("I called your phone two minutes ago and no one answered!"). My phone showed nothing incoming from Jose or anyone else. Maybe he just mis-dialed. Anyway, I sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope your experience with him is better. He used to be good.

After reading reviews about their affordable and great service, I decided to call and make an appointment. Lady on the phone set me up for an appoint on the same day in evening to get an estimate. Mr. Martinez was sent to give me an estimate and he arrived at the time of appoint. He is super nice guy. He gave me an estimate and it was definitely affordable. I immediately set another appointment on coming Saturday to get my driveway, walkway and sidewalk cleaned. Next Saturday, Mr. Martinez came with one other person to assist him, and they were right on time. Mr. Martinez explained me the process of cleaning and how long it would be taking to complete the job. They used degreaser to clean and then bleached my driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. They completed were sooner than expected time. Once the job was done and Mr. Martinez called me to come out and inspect. I was surprised and could not believe that it is the same driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. It was all cleaned, and clear of mold like it was never dirty before. I must say that even after a year it was not close to as greenish as it was before cleaning.
