We are still waiting on the roof inspection. After many calls from us and my insurance company, we hired an inspector so we could get our windstorm certification. Well, the roof didn't pass inspection and he recommended a reroof. Next, Rapid roofing contacted us and said they will have to do a reroof because it didn't pass. After a couple weeks they decided to send an engineer out to inspect because they didn't think the whole roof needed replaced and well, it still didn't pass and he recommended the same reroof. Now, they are saying they are going to fix the bad places but have yet to show up and keep saying they will be out in a couple of days but never show up or call. We only sometimes hear from them after I reach out to them. I wish that I could say that's been the only problem but no. Before we started, we requested metal vents and they installed the plastic instead. I was told the wrong ones must have been sent out, but it was basically too late to put the right one on since the roof was almost finished . Then, after starting our gas furnace, I luckily checked on it since it was turned on for the first time for the winter. For some reason they didn't reinstall the vent and it was dumping the gas exhaust in the attic. Thank God I checked it that evening! They did fix it, but it sure was a few cold days before getting to it. As of now, we are still waiting for repairs to a NEW roof so it will pass inspection.

The team came to replace the day after I got a call from the owner. I spoke to a gentleman and I got all the info. They came early in the morning and finished before noon. I heard they had to rush to another property before the thunder storm. I'm grateful roof was replaced on time before I headed to work that day. The crew worked efficiently. I didn't count how many people. The supervisor constantly ensuring the safety of his crew and clearing up the area where debris fell. It's rare to receive call from the owner of business. I guess it's a small business. Everyone is busy on the field. Supervisor told me to contact my insurance company to see if I can get a discount because of the new roof.
