This was a bush and tree trim and blowing of the front and back yard ( desert landscape no grass). The bushes are not cut evenly. The cleanup after everything was horrible. My mom is 73 years old and meticulous with her yard. Her front yard tree sheds pods once a year. She has had multiple gardeners over the years and every one of them have done a fantastic job. This is the first time I've seen anything like this where pods are still in the yard, and when he was asked to please blow the front yard to get all the pods, she was told "well we can't get them all". During the time of the estimate he told her to please pay through Zelle. When he was done with the yard today, he actually came to the door and asked for paymen when it had already been paid. She went out and had to do cleanup work after they were done. She is so upset paying $150 for this and still having to do yard work in 100+ degree heat. She fired them by text.

Reached out about it and did not return my calls. These guys are not good. Hanz comes across, initially, as a good guy - but the work speaks for itself - not good. There are some good providers out there - this company is not one of them. We have seven (7) residential properties in and around Tucson and have used probably twenty (20) companies over the years - this was, by far, one of the more negative experiences.
