BCS junk removal saved us last minute from a bad situation. We are moving in an RV with four large dogs and a cats on an epic roadtrip soon. We have been in a situation where any small thing being easier and any kindness makes a world of difference. My husband had booked loadup junk removal online and paid upfront $800. We couldn't reach anyone on the phone or text. They changed the time on us twice and then didn't show up at all. And they were very scripted and would only refund 50% for cancelling with them even though they kind of cancelled on us. I found BCS junk removal online with higher reviews as a local business. They were so professional and kind and responsible. It was late in the day, and most people had gone home. They fit us in last minute and went out of their way for us. I've never met more smart, caring, hard working wonderful brothers in my life. The charge was also much less than load up, but we loved them so much we tipped them almost as much and were happy to do it.
