I truly couldn't recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning enough! I am blown away with the work they did on my mom's house that we had on the market. It was a worry as the carpets were original to the house from the 1990's and definitely showed it in areas. We had another cleaner come out originally, and you could barely tell anything had been done. Wow!! Quality Carpet Cleaning!! I can't say enough good things about this company. I had some awful looking furniture after a 1,000 mile move from CO to TX. The movers did not wrap my furniture and I thought my white chaise lounge was ruined. I called Quality Carpet Cleaning and they came out the next morning. Wow! I am just beyond impressed. This great father-and-son team came out today and sorted out a particularly tricky problem for us. I was told they are the very best in the area, and that turned out to be true. Our vents were so clogged that the tumble dryer wouldn't work. They identified the problem, explained everything in terms I could understand, remedied the issue fairly quickly, and charged a very reasonable price. Highly professional. We had an issue with a leak which caused flooding of half of the first floor involving carpet and hardwood floors. Quality carpet came as a recommendation from another local restoration company. That company could not get to my issue on the same day and said that Quality Carpet was the other local company he would welcome into his own home if he had an issue. Quality arrived within the hour with all the people and equipment they would need. They explained what to expect and showed us the readings and returned each day until all was dry. They then cleaned the carpets and re-stretched them and even vacuumed. Family business with a great service and the American dream story. Unfortunately the experience I had with Quality Carpet Cleaning was not positive unlike the majority of the reviews here. Most seem to mention the owner is easy to work with, but I do not believe I was served by the owner himself, so this review pertains to the cleaner that was specifically sent to my home. The first time I was not home and my roommate let the cleaner in. She mentioned that the man was rude, but got the job done, although I noticed a brand new large pink stain on the white shag rug that was cleaned. The other areas were cleaned adequately, however, so I asked them to clean the remainder of the areas that were still dirty. I had scheduled to have the carpet in a room and the sofa in the common area cleaned after my roommate and her dog moved out because dog hair was everywhere. When the cleaner arrived, he DEMANDED that I vacuum the hair from all the areas prior to him working--strange considering they are called carpet and upholstery cleaning, yet ask me to clean things myself before working. I happened to have two colleagues over at this point, and I know it was not only me who thought this was unusual, as they both gave me a surprised look at how the man spoke to me and demanded for me to clean my own carpet before he did his work. I vacuumed the room to be cleaned, but did not have time to vacuum the entire sofa so did not have that cleaned. Upon leaving, the worker then asked me to contact the owner to pay for the invoice. I prefer to text or email when dealing with companies to keep a written record and time stamp of everything exchanged, but the worker literally yelled at me to call instead of text when I told him I had texted for the invoice. Although against my wishes, I complied and called the company office, and when I mentioned that the invoice needed to be adjusted as I did not have the sofa cleaned due to not having time to clean off dog hair, the man on the phone mentioned that I should quickly vacuum the sofa if possible... As for the quality of work itself...it is okay, as long as you clean most of the carpet yourself beforehand, which quite honestly defeats the purpose. The areas that were not stained seem to be cleaner, but many stains were not removed. However, if you want to be treated like a respected customer, I would look elsewhere. My colleague has since recommended a good carpet and upholstery cleaner that will clean from beginning to end, including vacuuming, which she says is the norm in all her experience. read more

They cleaned up the air ducts in my house. They were on time and finished the job early! They were very polite and informative. They covered our stuff with tarps and swept up the floors afterwards. However, there was still a little bit of dust left over, so you may have to go back and vacuum too. Overall great job!!! read more

I wasn't getting good air flow in the dryer and it was recommended that I get the vent cleaned. My house is only 2 years old, but I called these folks. I called today around 1:30pm and they had an opening at 2pm, (they'd had a cancellation). They got here a few minutes before 2 and went up into the attic and started working right away. They started their vacuum of the vent and it sounded like gravel going down the shoot at a construction site. They were done in just over 30 minutes and there is more air coming out the vent than before. Pleasant, quick and did a great job. I'd recommend them if you needed something done around the house.
