Definitely stay away. They do not load the truck properly.(single boxes all the way across) Then tell you you need to purchase another truck from them.( at this point only one of your rooms have been loaded) Even loading the truck so light they still break stuff. When confronted they get very stand offish, make up excuses and proceed to mess your stuff up reguardless. Say stuff like we can't load up more stuff because of the tv's. Then break your tv anyway because they do not listen when you tell them it is heavy and needs 2 people. Or we have to get on the road because of the 14 hour rule.(Even though there are two drivers present) They also charge both ways even though you are only moving one. There are constant excuses of why they can not do the job they gave you a quote on. Then you end up having to move 3/4 of your stuff anyway because of their incompetence. Then to fix it they offer to have their guys help you pack and load your remaining stuff into a uhaul you rented.( as if I want more of my stuff broke and want to make 15 trips when the idiots don't load the uhaul worth a crap) This place is horrible. Agreed on a price for move, then after moving forward, more than doubled the price with all sorts of additional fees and fees that literally were stated as "zero" on initial agreement. When told them the second estimate was far greater than initial agreement and request to cancel, replied "thank you for letting us know, will do." No apologies or explanation. Meanwhile, lost my spot with another mover and now have to look around some more for a quality mover. read more

Needed some "last-flight-of-stairs" help with a residential move. While I did not set it up, my friend did and said it was seamless and easy. They were very flexible with some last-minute schedule changes (HCW scheduling, air travel/delays/cancellations, truck rental/driving, etc), but ultimately were able to help us on the day and during the time we needed and had available. Three guys hustled and finished on time, and I can't honestly ask for much more than that. Friendly + professional. Two. I ordered a wine cooler (a large one) and the white glove delivery service had suspended their in-home services due to COVID19. While I respect that, I would have loved if the company I bought it from was able to tell me that ahead of time so I could look around for some help. I had less than 24h to decide whether I was going to send it back, have the delivery company hold it for 3-6 months (heading out on a work assignment), or have it sit in the garage until who knows when. Enter: Little Guys. I wasn't sure if this was something they could do, but I called anyway. I left a detailed message and got a call back from Matt the next day. Matt was awesome and was able to work with my schedule. On the morning of, I got a call 15 min prior to the window and three guys showed up promptly at 8am. They were COVID-prepared with masks/gloves. They made short work of moving the cooler in and it made it up in perfect condition. Little Guys Bryan will be my first call for any moving needs I need in this area. They are courteous and professional and really accommodating. Called them for a quote they told me it was 150 for 2 guys with a 2 hour minimum a total of $300 plus a $50-$100 truck fee. Making it 350-$400 total. They also said you can get 3 guys for $190 each for 2 hour minimum. Fair prices but because I only have 6 or so items to move that are not relatively too difficult to grab I did not need that much manpower or time. So they told me they have a point system based on your items and that I had to go into their website to get a quote for that coincidentally it was still $400 something dollars to move 6 pieces of furniture five minutes down the road! Not worth the price. When they called me back to give me a quote (after I went online to receive one) I was told the 2 man 2 hour job was now $411 minus the truck fee. Inconsistent pricing unfortunately basically had me type a paragraph of details for the job. Where's the simplicity? Why make it hard on customers to purchase your services? read more

Determined this past summer that my dads body is no longer what it used to be and we decided to hire movers to load up our trailer when I moved out. Such a great decision! These guys were so helpful when I had to move my appointment date and very understanding. They were on time and ready to work! Super nice and respectful to me and my belongings. LGM help my daughter move out of her town home and into a garage apartmant about 60 miles away. The guys showed up early and helped us complete our packing, then proceed to load the truck. They KNOW what they are doing. They traveled the 60 miles only to find that the driveway/ narrow gate & winding driveway would prevent a normal delivery. These guys problem solved and came up with a different plan quickly. The guys were obviously experienced & very adaptable. They never complained or appeared annoyed. Solid guys! We had a bunch of office equipment we were getting out so we could bring in new stuff. They moved desks, a couple vending machines, furniture, small boxes, and miscellaneous things in under an hour and got it to the location and unloaded it as promised in less than two hours. Since I was paying by the hour and they did it in the promised time, that made me happy. 3 guys showed up, polite, respectful, and friendly. They were very careful not to damage any of the walls in the office, which was nice to see. I took one star off because we'd set an appointment for 11am-1pm, and they couldn't make it til noon. To their credit, they did call me to let me know the delay an hour in advance, so it wasn't the end of the world or anything. Highly recommend these guys for small or big jobs. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! They were the second moving company we have ever used and I highly recommend them! I hope to never move again, but if I do, we will use them. There were supposed to be 3 guys and 1 didn't show up. The two that did, were friendly, worked quickly, did more than I expected, and never complained. They also finished the job before the time they had originally told us to expect the job completed and we had more work for them than what we had originally thought. So even down 1 guy and more work than they thought, they still finished early. Our new house wasn't easy to get to, with it being on a hill and a couple sets of steps in the walk path and they still never complained. If you need to move, call them!! Massive damage to much of our furniture, uphill battle all the way to get any compensation (which fortunately we had taken out extra insurance else we would likely have nothing). They do very sloppy work, lose things, and do not reassemble your furniture (or reassemble it incorrectly - and dangerously - one of our beds put together by them collapsed under the occupants!). Save yourself a miserable experience and choose another moving company. This one appears polite and pleasant on the surface, but if there is any damage or your furniture is not a snap to get back together - they will leave you dangling and you will be battling for months to get any compensation if you were fortunate enough to have taken out their insurance policy. read more
