Our home presented several difficulties due to previous owners upgrades. Kephart Construction (KC) resolved each and every problem and accomplished our goals. They remodeled 3 bathrooms gutting old plastic tub and showers replacing with beautiful tile, coordinating with our plumbers for plumbing needs and changing doorways, adding sliding barn door, vanities, medicine cabinets etc. We had a lift installed and (KC) did all the framing, sheetrock, safety gate and finish work to give the lift a clean and professionally installed look. Their extensive experience, knowledge and recommendations for materials and products was invaluable in achieving our goals. In addition, they were ALWAYS punctual, clean and professional, leaving their work areas cleaned up at end of each work day. Although having multiple projects going simultaneously had the potential to be crazy, Kephart kept things organized and running smoothly. We will use them in future for window replacement and kitchen remodeling. This is the 5 th home we have extensively remodeled in various states and Kephart Construction is the best we have worked with by far.

Some trim work, siding with Z-bar, and three short seconds of barge rafters with minimal osb (roof sheathing) in two small sections. Easy stuff if you know what you're doing. He came out and did absolutely terrible work. I told them they need to have people out here with more experience and they did slightly better. Still have chipped trim, cracked siding from screws, didn't do the barge rafters or roof sheathing because they would "lose their license" and still took them a week to finish which was originally quoted for a day. They ended up sending 3 other guys to finish the work and demanded more money than what was originally quoted. So don't hire this company. I would have done the work myself but ended up selling my tools so couldn't. Overall very disappointed in this company.

We hired them for a complete master bathroom remodel: replacing a fiberglass shower insert with a stunning Sentrel shower surround; moving the toilet and the HVAC register from the weird locations the builders chose in 1976; and installing a new vanity, recessed ceiling lights, and exhaust fan. We also had them install the same kind of fan and lights in our front bathroom. William produced one of the most detailed proposals I have ever seen, and subsequent change orders were a breeze, partly because of the project management software system they use, but mostly because their personal communication is stellar. There were a few days that we also had other service professionals working in the house, which meant having to deal with a lot of moving parts, and all of this was occurring in the wake of having lost my father. Heather helped me manage the chaos, providing both professional and emotional support with incredible patience and kindness. Again, on-time, neat and tidy work area and cleaned up afterwards. Both times, Phil did some very quick fixes. For example, my outdoor gate was wonky and he tightened the screws.
