My friend invited me to a hot yoga class on a Monday morning. The space is nice and clean. A shop in the front, multiple showers, bathrooms and changing rooms. The studio is self is spacious. I enjoyed the class as it was just what I needed. The instructions were very clear and the flow was enjoyable. I felt amazing after. The chilled eucalyptus towels provided at the end were such a treat! Great way to end a session. Look forward to attending again when I'm in the area. read more

Before I wrote this review I chose to do the 21 for $21 deal they had... yoga is more than just a physical exercise and I think in order to truly appreciate the practice you must have the appropriate personnel, atmosphere, and a great teaching technique. At Be & Breathe they have about 6 teachers which means you get to know one another fairly well allowing them to know strengths/weaknesses and provide feedback that's personal. The facility is INCREDIBLY clean as well as inviting in a simple way. There are several restrooms, showers, and even changing spaces! The room where your practice takes place is also incredibly inviting with its big windows and simplistic design. Don't let the heated room intimidate you at the end of every class you get this cold towel infused with lavender and you won't know peace until you've meditated with a cooled sweet smelling towel in shavasana! But if these aren't enough the teachers are impeccable!And I would expect nothing less seeing as how the owner actually received her training FROM Baptiste!! If you've been on the fence you should simply just try it, at $21 you can't beat it! Oh and Julie gives student discounts, the studio is right next to a bakery, and it's right next to downtown but is far enough to have its own parking lot!! read more

I love this yoga studio. The classes are hot and hard and exactly what we pay for. The studio itself is beautiful and has showers and changing rooms which is a huge plus.
