This gym was pretty far from me about 25 minutes but I still made the trip 3x a week because of how friendly everyone is and what an awesome workout I had. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and couldn't attend one month but one of the owners Tiffany was so understanding and kind and offered me credits for the rest of the year - so awesome! Tiffany along with the other coaches are amazing and gives such great pointers during classes. I experienced a totally different energy when I approached Tiffany's husband to cancel (also an owner). Mind you you have to approach a coach to cancel which doesn't make any sense. Especially when I felt like I was met with aggression and the whole interaction was extremely uncomfortable given his tone and attitude towards me. I wanted to cancel because I was moving farther away and didn't want to drive 30+ minutes with these gas prices. Totally understandable but no I felt I was berated by him when he told me I'd regret it, I'm making a mistake, I don't understand the premise of CrossFit and I'm totally missing the point. His opinion was completely unnecessary regarding my choice to cancel and I don't see myself ever returning to use my credits due to this unnecessarily aggressive interaction. To top it all off they never canceled my membership and I was charged again this month. Ultimately, my review would've been 5 stars if I didn't have such a bad time canceling. Really would've thought that one of the owners would hold themselves to a higher standard of behavior. It's unfortunate because outside of this interaction I feel like they really care about their members you're not just a number or dollar signs. I think that's where his heart was but it doesn't give anyone the right to express themselves the way he did there are many other ways to tell someone you're disappointed to see them cancel and hope to see them in the future.

I haven't been at Bodi since the beginning but I have been a member for over 5 years and I definitely love that place! There are multiple options of classes that incorporate strength and cardio, yoga, heated mat Pilates and boxing (now Hyrox based class and straight lifting classes). They have expanded to 3 studios to offer all those classes, which is amazing! There's always a variety of exercises to hit the main muscles groups and the accessory muscle groups. The recovery room is super convenient to use after a class or on a rest day. Variety of class times to meet a large range of schedules. They truly value their members and community and are constantly finding ways to benefit the members even more. It can always be a little intimidating trying a new gym or class but I think they do a great job at trying to make everyone feel welcome & it's generally easy to follow along if feeling lost during a workout. The coaches bring so much energy & fun to the classes as well. Bodi is very affordable in comparison to other gyms (especially if you catch one of their sales around holidays). Class pass is another great way to experience some bodi classes. Definitely worth it to try at least once!!

I also love the layout of the gym it's clean, well spaced out, and the equipment is great. My only con so far is that, in my experience, the trainers haven't been very engaged with the class or offered much guidance on form. One of the things I love most about group fitness is when instructors hype up the room & shouting out members, offering motivation, or demoing the moves alongside the class instead of just in the beginning and I haven't really seen that yet. That said, the staff are all super friendly, the gym offers so much more than just strength training (which I'm excited to explore), and the playlists are a solid 10/10. She was afraid she would feel intimidated by the whole "crossfit stereotype" but when she walked out of there she realized it was nothing how she imagined it. Thank you CrossFit Celsius for making this drop in hassle free. I've tried doing drop ins in other states to get a feel of how other places are and they make it so complicated. I 100% recommend this gym to anyone in the area to try it. I hope to come again next time I'm in town. :)

The owner Brian and coach Cole were so incredibly welcoming, and have taken an immense amount of time over the year to help me achieve my goals in CrossFit. They have created an environment at Magna that truly makes it feel like a home. They are so encouraging, and will pour into you as an athlete if you are willing to put in the work! If it weren't for CrossFit Magna there is no way I would be where I am today in my journey through CrossFit. Whether you are a seasoned cross fitter or a beginner there is a place for you at Magna! Summit Society is located inside Team Forty Four which is off Indian School and 38th St. The studio offers an intense 30minute climb / workout. Before the beginning of each class you're introduced to the Versa Climber along with the various strokes and the Do's/Don'ts. After that it's go time!! What I love most: -Everyone is welcomed: doesn't matter your fitness level. Even pregnant women are getting on the Versa and killing it!! Aka me! -The class is only 30minutes. Which means you're putting in work to get the most out of the climb. And don't worry if you can't bring the motivation your instructor will with upbeat playlists and words of encouragement. -Every instructor at Summit Society is super knowledgeable and brings so much to the table. Whether you have questions about health and wellness or technique or class schedules don't fret you'll get answers and so much more. -My favorite instructor thus far is Angela aka Gomez. Her classes are always fire! She brings the heat and makes sure we're all putting in work to get the most out of our sessions. Her playlists, positive feedback and dance moves keeps you coming back to get better and better! -Umm did I fail to mention how sweet the cozy studio is?!!
