I feel this is a huge mistake as this location is so family rich. The girls in the kids club have made a huge positive impact on our kids, it's helped them to socialize with others, learn how to strengthen their bodies and build confidence in the process. This decision by EOS is causing us to have to leave the gym and search for a new option. I'm sure they will loose a lot of families because of this. I think it's a huge mistake on their part to remove the kids center and we are very sad that we will be loosing a spot where we felt safe, happy, and confident because of the amazing staff inside this kids care center.

Sure they did construction for a few days, but that needs done to improve services. The staff has always been kind and attentive. Yesterday, I was truly impressed by the employee who was cleaning the men's locker room. He was putting detail into cleaning and really left the locker room very clean. My only criticism isn't the fault of the gym but the result of having a successful gym. It gets very busy in the afternoon so when time allows I just come in the morning. I've gone to different gyms in Phoenix and have always appreciated EOS. This is not my preferred location but it is the closest to my house. With that said, this is still an amazing gym that will help you reach your fitness goals.

Pros: gym seems clean, never crowded when I visit…read more Cons: my own fault for not realizing the payment is bi-weekly, now we are paying more for a very small gym with zero amenities than if we had just paid for one of the bigger gyms in the area. when you agree to a 1 year contract, the only way to get out of the contract is to pay the contract out in full (will definitely not be renewing this agreement when it is done). there are zero amenities here - not even sweat towels. the treadmills don't have fans.

I've been a member of Anytime fitness for over a decade and I have NEVER had a manager knock on the door to rush me in the shower. This goes into why I gave this location a 3 star. They only have one shower room and one regular bath room. This isn't good enough! Most Anytime Fitness gyms I visit have two showers and two regular bathrooms. He doesn't speak to me until he needs to knock on the door to rush me....if we worked for me, he would be fired (I've had over 20 employees in different business I've owned and I've only had to fire one...this guy would be #2) So, if this managers objective was to make me never come to this gym again, he succeeded. Despite this, I was instructed to complete another set. During that final set, I injured my back badly enough that I could not walk afterward. At no point was the exercise stopped, reduced, or modified when I reported pain. I still can't squat, my back isn't fully recovered. Afterward, communication was disappointing. When my husband and I later explained that we needed to pause training due to finances, we received no response. Regardless of certification or experience level, a trainer should prioritize client safety, listen when pain is reported, and communicate professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Update: After posting this review, the trainer contacted me and offered me money to take my review down. Since he can't contact me he reached out to my husband regarding my review. I am adding this update for transparency.
