The carpets were a tad wetter than they made it sound they would be but they dried mostly by the next morning (they were here at about 3pm) the house smelled fresh and our 4 year old carpets looked new again. We had never had them cleaned even though it should be a yearly event, we were surprised that they were able to make them look new again. He came in and looked around, checked areas I was concerned about, wrote up my estimate and after my instant approval he got to work. He was extremely professional in his setting up, taking care to protect corners where his hoses or cords might hit. He pretreated areas of concern and was even able to remove an unknown stain from 18 years ago that I could never get out. Mason did an excellent job, this is my second time using Zerorez and I will never use anyone else.
