Base boards and bathrooms looked amazing but everything else was subpar. I had to wipe down the blinds, kitchen counters, kitchen cabinets, mop my tile floors, make my beds, and clean out the fridge. All which was listed to be completed when I booked. No one called us or checked in afterward, even though it states on the reviews and websites that they do so. Will not recommend or scheduled another cleaning with this company.

The female owner was rude and condescending and threw around her experience as a paralegal to attempt to intimidate us (eyeroll). Bottom line: Aldoor had internal corruption that led to this customer receiving the wrong product and they will NOT stand behind their work. It is NOT the customer's fault IF they had internal personnel issues. Poor customer service, poor product. we will never use them again. And yes Mrs. Owner - your sticker is on the WRONG panels YOUR COMPANY ordered, so stop trying to blame someone else. Grow up, humble yourself, and take accountability.

No emergency service available outside of normal business hours…read more Unwilling to inspect corrective emergency work performed by another company to insure that it was done properly for my safety, even though they said that the company I chose because of having 24 hour emergency service was a "con and a rip-off" They stated that my door needed maintenance every two years. There was maintenance done in Nov 2024 and they missed something that resulted in my door coming down on me but refused to come and inspect even though they installed my door originally in 2016 and have regularly maintained it since then. I would not recommend them for an installation or thorough maintenance inspections. Possibly for minor repairs.
