Then 9 months later one of the prongs completely ripped off from the setting. I've owned the ring less than two years and have had nothing but problems. I spoke with the owner Louis and he did nothing for me. Blamed it on the fact that the 14 karat wedding band was too old. When I asked him why his staff didn't advise me not to use an old wedding band he had no answer for me. I expected it to last more than 19 months. Beware this is not a reputable jeweler.
