When we walked in we were warmly greeted by the staff member behind the counter who quickly helped us but didn't push us to buy anything. I spent over $1000 on a new wedding ring setting and I've had nothing but problems ever since…read more First, one of the stones fell out from the setting within the first 10 months. Then 9 months later one of the prongs completely ripped off from the setting. I've owned the ring less than two years and have had nothing but problems. I spoke with the owner Louis and he did nothing for me. Blamed it on the fact that the 14 karat wedding band was too old. When I asked him why his staff didn't advise me not to use an old wedding band he had no answer for me. I expected it to last more than 19 months. Beware this is not a reputable jeweler.
