Additionally, in the past, they talked me into replacing my gutter covers because my existing ones were collecting leaves and pollen. They did a house soft washing and gutter polishing. Ahead of the wash, they sent detailed instructions of how to prep the house ahead of the clean, and my renters had to barely do anything at all except move all their outside furniture/decor inside for the wash. They didn't even have to be home while the technician was there, which was very convenient, and they gave a 2-hour window for their arrival.
