Heard only good things, never used them…read more One day I was pumping gas as i watched a man's car come to a slow stop on the sidewalk not 20 feet away from me. Before I could even stop pumping and get over there, a Rainbow Floors van pulled over, helped push, gave a thumbs up to the guy and left. Driver was on a Bluetooth headset, never took it off, never said a word and wanted no recognition. It restored humanity for a moment. Until someone honked at the Rainbow van for stopping just so perfectly so any oncoming traffic wouldn't plow into the broken down car. The honker had to room to get by too. She had to call someone and didn't understand what we wanted. We didn't get the upholstery done because she did 4 rooms instead of three. I honestly couldn't understand what the issue was but rather than pushing it, I was ready to be done. Less than an hour later I get a call from someone saying we owe more money because she did 4 rooms. -we tried to explain the issue to her but the language barrier prevented clear communication. -we didn't get the upholstery done since she "did an extra room." In summary, the quality of the work done was acceptable. The customer interaction had clear issues which could be seen as barriers to interacting with clientele. No work order was sent. He over saturated my carpet and…read morewhen I brought to his attention he said it just felt wet because my carpet was so wet and it would dry in 24 hrs. I challenged him again and told him never had my carpet been so wet after cleaning. After 36 hours my carpets were still soaked. He brought industrial equipment over to remove the moisture and left them running for 2 days. Had to dump the buckets three times in one small room. Found out that he wasn't licensed bonded or insured. Have been told by the mfg that oversaturation will lead to the breakdown of the pad and possibly causing the carpet to buckle or just needing to be replaced. Also can create mildew and mold issues. I asked for a full refund but still haven't seen it. Also have told him if I have these issues I'll be holding him Liable for the problems. Once I told him that he has not responded to any further communications. He doesn't even deserve one star. Worst experience ever
