Wasted my time by doing a booking and on the booking day, refusing to service the house citing that I need to be physically present at the property to do a walkthrough. Fantastic experience with American Pure Clean. We had 3 rooms of carpet cleaned- there were significant stains and when Steven finished it looked like new carpet. He took great care to protect the wood floors and bannister as they had to bring their hoses and equipment up 2flights of stairs. He was extremely considerate, professional, on time, responsive and and did a superb job. Price was also very reasonable. TOTALLY recommended!! I found Steven of American Pure Clean through Yelp. I sent a request for a quote via Yelp, and got a reply back within an hour. The quote given was the same as what we ended up paying, which was so gracious of Steven since I made an error in calculating an extra room and a hallway. Our carpets were in bad shape, lots of stains and marks. They turned out amazing! Steven was so concientious about sealing up the door to keep the cool air inside and keep bugs outside. He was very careful to not mark up our wall corners and kept us in the loop as far as his completion time. Steven was on time for our appointment, and after conferring with us with what we hoped he could accomplish (and did!) he got right to work. He was very kind with our super friendly little dog.
