Call next day because did not receive tracking info, Customer Service told me that the product is out of the stock. Something went wrong. I check the website while talking, all sizes available still online. I asked CSR to send me an email confirmation that they will refund my order in 5 working Days. She sent me the email apologizing that the size I ordered is not available but I can order another one *without specifying which sizes are available. I asked if they can send me an M instead of refunding me the price. No longer answer. No compensation or discount offered after such a miserable online customer experience. I used to buy their clothes in the shops but after this I will certainly not do it.

I saw a Cartoon Dress being wheeled out to a sidewalk display & soon as I saw this dress, I knew it had to be MINE Noting where this shop was, we returned that afternoon & there was a huge crowd & a waiting list for the dressing room - an actual waiting list I loved this concept - the girl helping us took my dresses so we could continue browsing & then she came to find us when it was my turn to model my finds That cartoon dress was sheer awesomeness! I also found another 1920s-style dress that was hand-beaded & too lovely to pass up Best part is that they participate in VAT free shopping so I got my taxes back! They have a collection of Brand New Vintage items from the roaring1920's, 1940's, 1950's and 1960's style. You can also purchase retro clothes here as well too. They have a wide variety of unique items to get dolled up for any event. It's a wonderful store with plenty of clothes and accessories to browse through. I notice some vintage shops in Amsterdam can be a bit pricey but the list of Vintage Shops that I am yelping about prices are pretty reasonable and moderate.

Ample assortment and ALL from Super Dry (Japan). There are a lot of shop assistant ready to grab u and give you advices... I kinda like it but some people find it annoying. Sportive ware with an urban look... yes, we know about it but is nice. Ohhh... yes :( Sizes.... they have the smallest Medium I ever seen... so I had to go for XL... well... not a size queen but hey, you need to consider it. Attention to details and great shopping bags... BRIGHT orange. I would give a 5 starts if they would accept also Amex... they do not and actually when they mentioned to me they almost made me feel guilty.... ok.. the cashier lady was probably tired at the end of a busy Sunday shopping day.. but there are way better manners. By the way, if you purchase from the on line store and use PayPal you can decide which card you want to use. The Everyday Line is all about essential basics, and the Today Line is more about contemporary items and very stylish. The clothes are of really good quality for such a fair price, and that is what really got me! The style of the collection is always refined and minimalist, and the shapes and lining are great. The service in-store is great, super helpful staff. The brand also sells many fine accessories and small items. The second floor of the shop is a "demin studio" and it's all about jeans! They might be opening stores in Antwerp and Berlin in the future!
