They said I was responsible for supplying all the materials. I had no idea what materials were needed for replacement of all the plumbing to be replaced. I had purchased the new sink, disposal & faucet. 3. They charge to drive to a hardware store whereas plumbers have supplies on their truck or purchase them beforehand to complete the job. 4. I needed recommendations before ordering replacement items, which I received when the plumbers gave me estimates at no cost. 5. They aren't plumbers to know best practices & city codes. 6. I have no idea of the skill set or necessary experience as to who they assign to my project. 7. The last handyman I used for a small fix used the thinnest cheapest copper to change a shut off. Lesson learned. A plumber wouldn't have used such material. Enough said.
