It wasn't super busy when we came in but the two young ladies behind the counter were definitely eager to get us in and out. Not the warmest or most welcoming of customer service. They do have a nice selection of flavors to choose from though and they have a coffee menu as well. Love that's it's family owned. So maybe it was just an off day but customer service wasn't very warm or friendly. My mom and I came here today to grab some coffees and they were good. I got a cinnamon bun latte and my mom ordered a lavender coffee. Both were good. Wasn't super pricey, we got two cups that were medium sized for $12.00, not bad for a touristy area. The place was clean and decorated cute, the coffee was good and pretty affordable, but 3 stars because both staff members were not very friendly and almost seemed like we were bothering them by coming in. Again, hopefully it was just an off day, but customer service definitely goes a long way, especially for people visiting out of town. I do recommend stopping by here to try coffee, lots of variety in their menu with flavors, and all the different milk options you can think of. :) read more

The ice cream was delicious. I had a double scoop of Sea Turtle in a waffle cone. I could smell the sweetness from the parking lot. Nice little spot to grab an ice cream, shake, or malt. They have a decent selection of traditional and creative ice cream flavors. They also have toppings. My son got two scoops of the mint chocolate chip and my husband had a vanilla milkshake with order added in. They both enjoyed it. When we were waiting in line some guy ran in front of everyone in line (a woman accompanied him). He was holding a very dirty ice cream scoop that he found outside. They have a sign outside that says to find the golden scoop or something and your supposed to mention it for a free scoop. I don't really know but the guy left without a free scoop. I've recently found out that Be has a flavor of ice cream that I've been on the look out for.. It's practically sold out every time I go! This Ice Cream Today is made in Michigan.. it is a highly popular place and now we too can have it in the Mountains.. I wasn't crazy about the mint chip as it has an odd taste.. But the ice cream I've looked for for decades.. They had.. It's not kept on hand every day as their flavors change.. And yes they are Extremely expensive.. But if I could buy the whole 25 gallons I would! Nah you want to know which one? I'll never tell.. but I will say many people I've spoke to have never heard of it! Which surprised me! But I think (here's your clue) Because of the location and the background of ethnicity ... You might understand that they know! Oh and the young lady scooping. She was so sweet.. she deserves a raise! She needs a raise. If she's working for your business in BE she needs more hourly wage so she can continue to serve you clients!!!! Wow!!! Amazing ice cream place. We stopped here after playing games at the arcade next door. My son had the Superman and he enjoyed it so much he wouldn't even talk to people walking by asking him about it. I have a waffle cone with a flavor I think Baked Shoppe and it was incredible. This is a great little shop. There was a huge variety of fun and unique ice cream flavors available as well as the classics, and the people working there were so nice and helpful. We got about five scoops of ice cream altogether and they were all very tasty. This is a very small shop with Covid protocols in place, so you won't be able to sit down to enjoy the scoop here. I got the flavor cookie jar, which was Oreo ice cream, cookie dough bites, and oatmeal cookie M&Ms. My mom and step dad split the chocolate peanut butter flavor, and absolutely loved it. i have been going to the sugar mountain ice cream shop and they are absolutely fabulous. they give you huge amounts of ice cream and not very expensive. since i found out they are closed today i went to the be ice cream shop. the prices are much higher and you get a lot less ice cream. for example, i ordered an $8.50 hot fudge sundae. it was much smaller than the other shop and i received a small cup of hot fudge on the side (as i asked for on the side,) but it was so little fudge , it would've covered a small ice cream never mind and $8.50 ice cream,, very disappointed read more

The owners were kind of just sitting back and watching. I gave it 3 stars because I found it pretty overpriced for what we got. I think it was $7 for the small milkshake and it wasn't filled to the top. The person I was with got ice cream in a cone and it barely met where the waffle cone ridge was. We absolutely love ice cream so we search out the local shops when we travel. Interestingly the flavors were either really good or totally bland. The mint chocolate chip was delicious. My bestie got the cheesecake chocolate chip and it was also delicious. The only complaint is that the girl working here had no semblance of customer service. My hubby wanted the vanilla and she said "there's not enough out here to make a scoop". We weren't sure if that meant she was going to the back to bring more out or not. But she didn't make a move so we figured not. Then the lady that came in after us asked for a root beer float and she was told they didn't have enough vanilla out to make one. I download Yelp just to leave this review. The ice cream here is amazing and the staff at great. They have allergen labels on all of the flavors, and descriptions of what's in them. They cycle the flavors from day to day, but there is always 16 to choose from. The milkshakes are good but the ice cream is better imo. It is delicious and the Eskimo Kiss (coconut and chocolate) ice cream is the best. The staff were understanding to our problems, gave us huge scoops, and were nice to talk to. No complaints, maybe adding hot fudge as a topping is the only change I could see. read more

Stopped in while walking around to enjoy some ice cream. Bailey, the owner, helped us and was very accommodating. We had Salty Jack, Cookie Dough and Jacked Up Tennessee Toffee all were creamy and tasty! She even has doggie ice cream!
