I swear this woman can transform any sluggish stubborn overweight body. 2. To call Cindy just a fitness trainer is highly inaccurate. She is an absolute genius in this field!! Imagine a personal trainer, physical therapist, nutritional expert and private cooking instructor. I mean this is what she has been doing for me. A lot of reviews mention that she helps them with the timing of eating. But I think it should be mentioned that NUTRITION (what to eat - and by the way you cannot guess what it should be) is the secret and the foundation of her instruction. I don't have any cravings anymore and I definitely don't binge because I'm starving. 3. Her program is SUPER EASY and I can't believe simple efforts are getting HUGE results. Maybe I thought this would be boot camp and a restrictive diet. (Believe me I've tried all of those with disappointing results). Instead it has been eating WAY more food, NEVER having cravings, and painless exercise with very little investment of time. Totally sustainable!!! 4. Say goodbye to cellulite dimples, dents and saggy skin!!! I have lost 20 or more pounds on my own in the past, but my skin still looked lumpy on my butt and legs.
