I think the one review I read was concerning a disgruntled employee. Because in the end, Dr. Kesa has been anything but accommodating towards me for so many years. I have called him for a refill for asthma medication when I was out of town. And he got that message. So I get it. He need his staff to be an above average communicator to contribute his continued excellence! His expectations of what he needs from his staff determines how his patients are treated. DO NOT GO TO SEE DR. KESA. GO ANYWHERE ELSE and SEE ANY OTHER DOCTOR. My experience with this Dr. Kesa was very, very disappointing and a bit scary. Communication was a big problem from the start. He often did not read my messages and ignored my attempts to clarify important details. His expectations were unrealistic. He wanted immediate responses but was not willing to engage in meaningful discussions. I felt he did not respect my time and effort. In the end, it felt like he blamed me for misunderstandings that happened because he did not read our conversations and he has an explosive temper. What was particularly upsetting was how quickly he turned on me when things didn't go his way. There was a clear pattern of anxiety mixed with a mean streak, which made working together unbearable. This behavior not only affected our project but also raised serious concerns about his ability to collaborate. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Kesa and find any other doctor for weight loss . I tried this place for Botox and had the most terrible and painful experience which Dr. Kesa said was totally normal? I have gotten Botox about 6-7 times and have never had huge bumps all over my forehead for two days as well as extreme pain for about an hour after receiving the injections. Would not recommend this facility at all. read more

I have just recently begun coming here and I love it so far! I've gotten a couple facials by Danielle and she knows exactly what she is doing and is very good. I think the prices are very good here compared to many other places. Dr Kesa is calm and inviting and really wants you to look your very best. Update: I was contacted with a sincere apology after this review and decided to try another appointment at the beginning of the day (said they can be busy near end of day). My 2nd experience was night and day. I have returned to see Dr. Kesa on a monthly basis and would say the staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Kesa has been helpful, knowledgeable, genuinely attentive and caring. In this case, my first impression seems to be due to a bad employee who I haven't seen since. Any issue was either corrected or a one time miscommunication. I'm glad I happened to come back and meet with Dr. Kesa. He's great with weight loss and as a primary care physician. Visits and prescriptions are affordable and I'm very happy with service I've received. Would highly recommend - updating review to 5 stars. read more
