I called and spoke to a receptionist who promptly answered the phone. She had numerous appointment options available including some available as early as the next day. Since I try to get Botox on my lunch breaks, I appreciate the flexible availability that they offer. They also expedite the check in process by sending you your new client packet prior to your appointment. It is completed by patients digitally and loaded to their database prior to your appointment for a highly convenient check in process. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment for checkin. I was promptly greeted by a very lovely receptionist who confirmed my information. She was highly welcoming and guided me to have a seat and offered me complimentary beverages during my short wait. My appointment started promptly as scheduled. I was taken back to a very private room that resembled that of a doctor's office. The professional setting does offer a feeling of safety and competency knowing that they take care to place you in a sanitary and professional environment for your cosmetic procedures. Since I have never been here previously, the nurse practitioner diligently took the time to talk to me about my goals and advised me if what I wanted was possible. I tend to over-research online, and she was so patient with my million questions. I really appreciated that she did not try to oversell me on their products as well. I've been to other spas who did not really listen to what I wanted, and they seemed more interested in selling me the most number of units possible when I didn't actually need them. Rest assured that they do not do that here. They will hear you out and provide the appropriate services to give you what you want. I received Botox around my crows feet area and "11 lines" during my first visit here. She sanitized my skin, used medical grade supplies, and took her time. I got the results I wanted with no bruising or negative side effects. I say "first visit" because they were so wonderful that I trusted them with my filler next. The nurse practitioner provided me with consultation on my filler goals during my botox visit. She diligently reviewed the various types of fillers and their purposes. They were offering discounts on multiple fillers so I was pleased with my followup purchase. I told her that my lips swell and bruise very badly after filler, and she gave me the EXCELLENT TIP of starting arnica prior to my filler appointment to help with those issues. I scheduled my filler appointment for 2 days later and did as suggested. I HAD NO BRUISING FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!! Hallelujah!!! Thank you do much for the arnica tip! She made me feel so safe during my botox appointment that I trusted her to inject a few more units into my lips than I usually do. She addressed my requests to create a cute pout, correct my asymmetry, and create subtlety fuller lips. I don't like to look like I get filler so she heard me out and delivered excellent results. The swelling and tenderness subsided in a few days as expected. I absolutely LOVE my results!! Sanitary environment. Medically trained staff. Deals and membership options for bigger savings. Wide availability to accommodate most schedules. And I can't stress this enough... they actually listen to your goals and then get you there. So many other spa services are offered here as well. During the infusion I felt incredibly relaxed--comfy reclining chair, tucked in with a big blanket, and a quiet moment to read my book. I felt a little tired afterward, but that only lasted about 30 minutes, and now I already feel more alert. I went in because I've been dealing with sleep issues, fatigue, mental fog, and grief from losing my husband, and I'm so glad I scheduled this. Dr. Gillette wasn't onsite at the time, but she personally called me beforehand to walk through everything and followed up afterward, which meant a lot. She left me in great hands with Christine, who administered the IV. She's amazing--I didn't even feel it go in. Ashley scheduled my appointment and was so friendly, and check-in through their app was seamless. I originally booked because I've been so tired, lacking motivation, and I have surgery coming up in a couple weeks. I relied on that information when I decided to receive treatment there. Years later, that promise has not been honored, and I feel that I was given misleading information to get me through the door. I was billed around $400 per day, even though my sessions did not always last a full hour and were sometimes much shorter. Based on my experience, the way the services and billing were explained to me did not match what actually happened. I consider that misleading and believe their advertising and promises about costs were not clear or accurate. I have waited patiently for years trying to get this resolved. I also called several times and did not receive return calls. That made me feel like my concerns only mattered when money was involved. In my experience, this practice gave the impression that patient care came first, but the way my billing concerns were handled made me feel that collecting money was the main priority. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this place get every statement about pricing, session length, discounts, insurance, and bill negotiations in writing before agreeing to treatment. I am sharing this because I do not want another person to make a major financial decision based on promises that may later change. I will continue documenting what happened, seeking legal advice, and considering complaints with the appropriate agencies regarding the billing practices and representations that were made to me.
