Students are encouraged to go to their "edge" and try poses, albeit listening to sensations within the body is also important to prevent injuries. The class itself was more crowded than what I'm accustomed to in New York and I found myself bumping into my neighbor a couple times which was uncomfortable. Imo they would really benefit from reducing the class sizes by 5-10%. I was also a little frustrated by the conflicting info on their website which said in two different places that all equipment was provided, and then separately that you were responsible for bringing your own mats and props. As it turns out, equipment IS provided, but that should really be updated for clarity's sake. All in all, a good and fun workout and I'll be back, but some frustrations with the studio as a whole.
