The instructors are prepared, informative, and ready to modify sequences if students arrive with injuries. Students are encouraged to go to their "edge" and try poses, albeit listening to sensations within the body is also important to prevent injuries. After the 75 minute class relaxation is the sensation students feel. Then the teachers are available to answer questions or concerns.
