I finally give up. I have been a patient for a couple of years. Great results with Botox injections from nurse in walk in clinic and scheduled apts. My 1 star is regarding their horrible booking procedures, lack of getting a return call or text. Or if I do get a response, it is a generic reply. I have tried several times to book an appointment and unless I provide my credit card info, online, which I do not want to do (I was a victim of credit card fraud) I can't seem to get an appointment. I am tired of having to go through this EVERY time that I finally decided to go elsewhere. read more

Attention anyone who ones to improve the aging in their skin!! I had the most amazing thing happen the other day when I took my son to the optometrist. The DOCTOR as we walked in asked if I was my son's sister taking him to this appointment!! I said no I'm his mother and she said "Wow, good for you! Whatever you're doing is working!" I waited months to give this facility a rating and also Dr. Selene. I Spent an awful lot of money here ($$$$) based on the recommendation of a very close friend, so I really wanted it to work for me. Sadly, I have to say I am truly disappointed not only with the practice but with Dr. Selene also. Being retired and concerned with how I spend my money, I trusted that Dr. Selene would take the time to talk to me at my first visit and discuss my issues since, although I am familiar with facial surgery, I have never had botox or fillers. Almost $4,000 later, I was led to checkout without any idea of what she injected me with or how much it was going to cost me, all the time saying she was going to take care of me "My Pretty".. I felt quite taken but gave it time to see the results.. When I wasn't happy over a month later, I could never get a follow-up consultation with her. I booked a visit only to be greeted with someone else who worked there to be further injected with botox that messed up my lip area instead of the area of my concern.. You got to give it to her, Dr. Selene! She has a great sales person, who sweeps you in during a video consultation and promises you every and all, only to be met at your visit with a "slam, bam, thank you mam, show me the money!! " If You're happy with your results, you're good to go, ladies and gents!! And a hell of a lot of people are!! Her office is filled!! She has botox Thursdays where you can get botox for $9.00 per injection!! I am in great shape at 67 but like all of us, showing facial age and wanted filler in my face for fine lines, after having a lower face lift 2 years ago.. I was told I could get 1 syringe and 1 for free. That was the last I was told.. I had no idea how many the great doctor used ! Or how much botox she used to erase the lines in my forehead.. which did look good (that's why the 2 stars) Communication would have been a plus, since I don't have an open pocket-book, do you? Happy to report.. finally found a great place.. the real deal and the real person and professional who really cares about skin health and not just "selling the product"!! Visited provider in Rocklin, spent a lot of money, but finally decided to switch providers; let me tell you why: your provider MUST show u a vial with medication and the amount of units in the syringe. Also, the lot number of injected medication MUST be recorded in your history and provided to you. This is a safety standard. Since my results do not last more than two months, I assume the medication could be over diluted. Overall experience is , quick in and out in less then 3 min, referred to as "love" and "beautiful", thank u but NO, so inappropriate. She's not only an expert but a walking advertisement for EMsculpt. She's had great results. I consider myself active and in pretty good shape.
