She also asked me to return product which was paid for so she could "check" what she had given me. She kept the serums and gave me a used replacement. This woman needs a course in integrity, should have her license pulled. This is an abbreviated post. At my follow-up, Heidi checked how everything settled on my face, did a few touch-ups, and even added a couple complimentary units, which I really appreciated. The results have been great so far. The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The receptionists are also very friendly, and honestly everyone there seems welcoming and kind. I also like that they offer affordable membership pricing and specials that make treatments more realistic to keep up with long term. Overall, I'm very happy with both providers and my experience here.
