They brought music and items for games and helped us to have a really great time! It is EXHAUSTING running around in those balls. I took away a star because the balls kept losing air and needed to be refilled after games. The guys said they get new balls annually, so some of them were showing age I guess. Follow the signs. Thereis parking to the side of the main house. This visit had a tour of plants . There is a pond, fire pit and picnic tables throughout the area.it is a nature preserve park with many native plants along with some for sale. I suggest wearing a hat and sunscreen. While there are paths, sturdy shoes or work boots are good too along with a bottle of water. I did sera sign for bathrooms as well. They have a compost pile on the side.if you happen to have peelings from vegetables feel free to drop them off on your visit and learn how they make black gold for the soil.

We had a group of about 15 Cub scouts there finishing the ferns and animal related topic badge. The lady who gave a lesson about how to track or discover animals around us during our daily life, but the lesson was in a small room with no AC. The boys were not interested in the discussion at all. The session was informative to the parents, but the lady seemed unable to handle younger kids. We then took a nature walk outside and the boys were very into the hike. The trail was clearly marked and easy to access by foot. Parking lot was relatively small. Overall it was an okay experience.

Parents could chat amongst themselves while still keeping an eye on the kids. Attendants were also on each area as an extra set of eyes which was just what I needed, specially for my 9 year old autistic son. One of the attendants, Lola, went above and beyond by also helping my 2 year old feel included since she was too small to get on any of the play areas by herself. Lola helped guide her and made sure she had a great time. Spider-Man and the girls in the DJ booth also were so lovely and sweet! They paid attention to every child, and again, included my tiny 2 year old who could easily be missed around so many other kids. The play areas were clean and well attended. The party room was spacious and the decoration looked wonderful. Again, the attendants made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was also delicious and plentiful! We all left so tired but also really happy with the entire experience. Can't wait to go back!

This is a wonderful place to bring the whole family. They have about 12 different trails, all…read moreseparated in different levels of difficulty. The trails are free to enter but they do request for volunteer donation for non members. Different tiers of annul membership available to purchase at main office that comes with some wonderful perks, such as free access to trails and special events. The main office also has some of the exhibition items like insect box and turtle box. Outside the office there's also bird and butterfly cages. We went to the center for our daughter to participate in butterfly feeding event. Upon arrival we found out we had to buy the tickets for one of the two scheduled events. Luckily there were slots available to the second event on the day. The ticket was reasonably cheap, only $8. It also came with an additional bird's exhibition that took place right in front of office deck. All the stuff members were very friendly, informative and interactive. We spent wonderful couple of hours here on beautiful warm summer day.
