They took multiple pieces of our personal furniture and décor during de-staging and then acted as though it was somehow our fault for not reporting it fast enough. The missing items included sentimental pieces that were never returned. What's astonishing is how little effort was made to repair the situation. Rather than prioritizing an apology or proactive resolution, their first communication was a demand for payment -- while our belongings were still missing. Even once items were eventually located, no meaningful concession was offered. They refused to acknowledge the seriousness of their mistake and minimized it at every turn. Blaming the customer ("you should have told us sooner") while holding onto our property is unacceptable. A reputable company would take ownership, apologize without conditions, and offer fair compensation. Instead, SSTS nickel-and-dimed us, hid behind their contract, and shifted blame. If you want to deal with a company that talks down to its clients, charges top dollar for mediocre work, wastes your time, and shows zero accountability when they make serious mistakes, then this is the staging company for you. For everyone else: stay far away.

When they de-staged our home they ended up taking several of our own expensive items (including an area rug, floor lamps, vases, and sculptures), those same standards were not applied. This was especially disconcerting because we were told that during staging, SSTS would not move existing furniture under any circumstances, yet during the de-staging moved a steel frame four-post bed to take our area rug from upstairs in our bedroom. SSTS prides itself as highly professional and reputable, but our experience was the exact opposite. The owner, Shirin, imposes strict rules on homeowners with language in the contract that heavily protects the company, but does not take ANY responsibility for damages to the homeowners property or for missing items. Once notified that they had taken our things, many weeks went by without any attempt to make things right. Instead of an apology or resolution, the first communication we received from them was a reminder that our invoice was unpaid. Ultimately, most but not all of our items were located and returned to us, with the exception of a sentimental sculpture and a wall mirror. I had requested that our total invoice be reduced for the inconvenience and was told no. No concession was offered to me for the major inconvenience, and I was told I can follow up with them in "court or litigation." Upon push back, SSTS agreed take $250 off of our nearly $10,000 bill. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Seattle Staged to Sell given the lack of accountability and professionalism experienced.

They are 2 & 4 years old, so they might as well be kids forever. We never saw mockups, layouts, mood boards, or color schemes. When asked for this info, I was repeatedly told to "trust me." The furniture he recommended, and we purchased, is overpriced, poor quality and unsafe for our children. It has become apparent that he also marked up the furniture for his profit. He didn't wait for fabric approval before ordering, and refused to refund the purchase. We were misled regarding timelines (above and beyond understandable covid delays), emails and texts were ignored for two months out of the six month contract, and he lost the key to our home. I can't say anything regarding his staging business, but I have a lot to say about his interior design services and none of it is good. Eduardo is very persuasive and slick with words, so we believed he had our best intentions at heart. This was not the case. He is well aware of how we feel, and admitted that we didn't get the service we paid for but did nothing to redeem himself or his work. I would recommend avoiding The Enhanced Home if you have children, a budget, or care about furniture quality. I wouldn't trust the positive online reviews, as they appear to be full of Eduardo's family & friends.

He is incredibly talented and has an amazing ability to create beautiful, deeply personal spaces throughout a home. Rather than feeling "staged", our house feels more like "us" than it ever did before. The clutter is gone. What is left -- is us. The best part was working with Eduardo himself. He is a deliberate, highly creative craftsman who very quickly put our family at ease through an emotionally charged process. I would never have guessed a stranger could have "gotten" our family so quickly. He's awesome.

You can draw your own conclusions Note: When Larisa visited our house to check it out, we told her our target date to list the house was in 27 days. She said she'd get us a quote the next day but we didn't hear back for almost week due to her CRM issues. When we finally got the quote, we exchanged a couple of emails to clarify some line items in the quote. At that point, she cc:ed our realtor to keep him in the loop, which made sense. But then things got weird as Larisa simply stopped communicating directly with us. The day after the receiving the quote and email exchange, we asked what next steps would be in order to lock in a staging date of May 21-22 (based on her telling us that staging would take 2 days). Total silence for 6 days. I followed up with an email on May 12 (getting pretty close to our May 27 target listing date!). Still no response directly from Larisa herself. However she apparently got in touch with our realtor -- and that's how communications went for the rest of the time. We never heard directly from Larisa at all until we received an invoice from her asking to be paid within a week (with spam-like reminders every couple of days) Pros Consultations are free, pricing was fair, and the final result was mostly fine. Cons * No direct communications from Larisa, only via our realtor, esp during the crucial 3 weeks prior to the listing going live * Changed the agreed-upon staging date with minimal notice, caiming a conflict with another staging job. This forced us to change all the other carefully planned items on our schedule (home inspection + sewer scope, carpet cleaning, move-out cleaning, etc) * Took 5 days to complete staging, with no explanation why, much less. apology. Which also forced us to reschedule some previously planned milestones. * Used a dining table with a prominent crack that was clearly visible, with no attempt to mask it with a tablecloth or table runner * Left dirt on the floor and big, ugly hooks in the walls (that we/our realtor had to clean up and remove) after removing items used in staging.

My first interaction with Reba was when she worked with me to purchase my first home after I graduated from college. I really appreciated how she listened and truly made me feel like a valued client as we toured homes together. The condo I purchased had multiple offers, some even higher than what I had offered and all cash, but she miraculously was able to get my offer accepted. Six years later today, Reba just closed on that same condo for nearly DOUBLE what I purchased it for. In fact, the sale price was a significant record-breaking increase from the last unit that sold in my complex, and we had multiple offers well over asking price. The monetary value I received from the sale of the condo was outstanding, but there are several other things Reba does that truly differentiates herself from other agents, such as covering professional house cleaning, window and gutter cleaning, professional photography, 3D photography tour, staging, a 1-year home warranty, four hours of contractor labor, and a pre-inspection. All of these are incredible, but paying for a pre-inspection (which normally costs anywhere from $450-650) is a huge advantage to have when buyers are viewing the property. Reba is the rockstar, but she also has a fantastic team that supports her to ensure the home sale or purchase goes smoothly. I worked closely with Rachel who helped me find vendors to prep my condo for the sale and recommended movers. She helped manage the vendors and scheduling, including staging, photography, cleaning, and more. Reba also pulled in Sarah Jean from Paper Pusher Pro to help manage the transaction, so when I finally closed, I knew everything was handled. It was really nice to be hands off, so I could enjoy my vacation knowing that Team Reba had everything taken care of.
