My sister and I recently needed a plaque made for our dad's urn. We went into Northwest Trophy which was recommended to us by a funeral home and met with Rich who was so nice and helpful! He showed us some samples so that we could get a good idea of the size that looked best on the urn and also the color for the plaque and print size and font. We went back and forth quite a few times via email and also over the phone to make sure that everything was going to be perfect. I love giving out silly, but well-intentioned gifts. My latest venture: a cow trophy to gift to the Counselor of the Week (C.O.W.) at the summer camp I supervise. I hadn't found any online that were both cheap AND would arrive quickly. So, I called Northwest Trophy right when they opened and asked them if they had a cow-themed trophy. They did! And for $8. Such a great price. I headed there around lunch time and they dug it out for me right away. I was able to add an engraving, as well, so the whole thing only cost $10. Rich was so nice to work with! He was very sweet to my two toddler daughters, even giving them a couple trophies to play with while we were discussing the project I had in mind. I asked that he sandblast five powder coated steel mugs as thank you gifts for the executive board members of a club. The front had three lines of text and the back had a logo. Rich sent my artwork to his graphic designer, the designer proposed a design that would work better for the mugs and voila! The project only took about a week and they look great! I accidentally damaged my friend's IEEE plague, so I took it to Northwest Trophy to see if it can fix. Rich took a quick look at the damage and in a few minutes he replaced the wood plague, cleaned it, and boxed it up for me. When I gave him my credit card, Rich said it was free! Excellent experience! We ordered trophies from another Trophy shop in California and discovered we were missing one trophy the day before our annual President's Club award banquet. I was working with an engraving company when they unexpectedly closed down a week before I needed some plaques made. We had a crazy idea for a giant pizza paddle/peel to be engraved, and NW Trophy really came through for us. Not only were they able to pull off the big engraving, but the detail on the image is unbelievable. Our unique 'distressed' font makes it very difficult to work with at times but the team at NW Trophy had no problem with it, and they did it extremely fast when we asked for an order to be rushed because we were working on a short timeline.
