For example, I brought my handicap mother in for a spray tan before my wedding this weekend and the manager denied my mom's reasonable request for assistance from her daughter to help her in the room to prep for her spray tan (put on lotions etc). I guess the silver lining is that we were refunded? Would have rather been treated with respect but not this time The manager on shift was rude and condescending. If you require any minor special requests, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The tanning products are very reasonable with their prices. So if you ever in the Goshen area definitely check them out. They are closed on Sundays but they are open Mon-Sat and their hours are pretty good.
