Rather than trying to ease my frustration with waiting he was quick to refund me. When all I really wanted was a glow for winter and a reassurance that this wasn't going to happen again. He even acted like I was lying about how long I was waiting and said multiple times he would check the cameras. There is no other tanning places in the area so I guess I'm going to make pale happen in the meantime. It bothers me most that they rather refund me then acknowledge the problem. The owner blamed it on being a small company, I also work at a small company and the CS would never fly there because we appreciate our customers. HARD EYE-ROLL. Thanks for the refund.

Since then, I have never restarted....yet $66.00 three seperate months all came out of my account, without my consent. That is almost $200.00...not to mention fraudulent. Contacted the owner, appreciate that its a small business and want to support it, especially now. The owner said he would look into it, I have never been refunded, contacted ...so several messages later...still no response. The level of professionalism needs much work. I am now contacting my bank , the first time I said I would try to resolve it , giving the benefit...now...not appreciating the lack of communication. Christine is professional and is great with scheduling. What I love about her tans is that you actually look like you have been out in the sun and not newly ejected from the Oompa Loompa factory. I recommend any of them but I'm particularly fond of Jessica. I had a function to go to and she hand painted my nails and I always get compliments on my manicure and pedicure every time I have them done and people ask where I go. In all my years of spray tanning, nobody has ever topped Evelyn's work. I go to her because she prides herself on providing quality service. And it shows. My appointment was for Saturday at 2:30. Parking is available at Aldersgate across the street from the salon, but luckily I found street parking. If you're visiting the salon on a weekday, definitely park at Aldersgate. As always, Evelyn was very thorough with me. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it, and made sure the tan was flawless once she finished spraying me. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area. Besides spray tans, Evelyn also does sugaring and lash extensions. It's not often that I get spray tans, but I will always refer Evelyn to my family and friends.

I added on a spray tan too since my spray tan from back home was pretty faded and when you add in gloomy skies I was feeling pretty blah. My pedi massage was so needed and she cleaned up my toes very nicely not missing any cuticles. My spray tan by Rhonda was exactly what I needed to make me feel normal and healthy looking again, perfect color and not sticky. I would definitely recommend all my local friends and family to go to Broad Appeal. As the matter of fact, I purchased two massage gift certificates for my mom and aunt. My mother loved it.

Given this place a bad review due to customer service with the one lady that i think manages the…read morenail salon, i walked in and asked if they had any time available for mani and pedi today & was turned out rudely. As i was walking out, the lady just proceeded to laugh and didnt even bother to ask if i wanted to come in later. Its a holiday weekend and totally understandable but this isnt the first time this lady has done this before. Called another nail salon near by that all tho they were super slammed, she was willing to squeeze me in with no hesitations!
