I came to find out that there was additional tax and a credit card fee on top of the price advertised. I personally did not find it clear that I would be charged anything above the advertised price; it seemed like the advertised price was "all inclusive" and when I called to book nothing was stated otherwise. I only received a text confirmation when I booked, but it would've been really helpful to receive more of an official confirmation and/or agreement via email that includes a full cost breakdown. I was also expecting some sort of confirmation/reminder the day of, just for peace of mind, but I did not receive anything. I would suggest improving communication and provide as many details as you can! Other than that, we truly did have a lovely time!

Victoria and Angelo were absolutely extraordinary. They always came by to make sure we were relaxed and comfortable and adjusted our umbrellas to have shade without us even asking. They would come by and kick sand off our chairs and even fold towels when we were away. We had multiple conversations with both of them and we always ended up laughing and joking around. Angelo and Lazy Days were an excellent addition to rounding out our stay. We reserved two chairs for the days we were there, we kayaked, jet skied, and enjoyed our company when Angelo dropped in to ensure we were comfortable. I am critical and I work in customer service. Plus, their prices are great, the equipment is solid, and they deliver it to you! Learn from my mistake- forget the other shops- give Jongle your business from the start. You will not regret it. We rented stand up paddle boards. The boards we had were made of kayak-like material, not fiberglass. That made them easier and steadier to paddle for the kids and in choppy water. We played for hours, then dragged the boards back to the bottom of the stairs and Jongle picked them up- outstanding!
