Rachel and Glenn ROCK! When we needed a fire on the beach we contacted these guys to help us out. We gathered our family and friends for a last night at the beach for a celebration of my sons college graduation. These guys took care of everything! Our fire was waiting for us when we arrived. There were Tiki torches scattered around so we had plenty of light besides our fire. Tables were placed with marshmallows and chocolate for S'mores, hot water and Coca were also available. Coolers were provided for our drinks (they even offered to bring beverages of our choice). They had thought of everything, all we had to do was enjoy our time together. We rented several bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas for our recent week vacation. Jongle Beach was outstanding to work with. All questions I asked while researching rentals in the Santa Rosa Beach area were answered promptly, usual within 5 minutes. Our rental bikes were delivered to our rental house before we even arrived. One morning, one of the bikes had a flat tire, and the bike was replaced while on our morning ride, within 1 hour of contacting Jongle Beach. In addition, Katy suggested several restaurants or areas to visit and she was spot on with her recommendations! Best sports rental store in town! They have reasonable prices, are in a convenient location, and the folks that run the store are very personable. They went out of their way to make my experience as enjoyable as possible. One of the owners sells beautiful art there as well! Something unique to a town like Santa Rosa, which is why I visit there often. They also help make recommendations around town for other types of vendors or items that I may need for my trip which also adds to the trust factor. All in all, this store is a must-go-to stop for anyone planning a summer vacation or just a short day trip. read more

Jongle Beach is FIRST CLASS! With barely 24 hours notice, they put together the bonfire and all the trimmings. Not just a fire ring and chairs, but a table surrounded by tiki torches, set up with s'more fixins', cheese platter, drinks, etc. Rachel even brought the hotdogs and the kids scarfed them down! I know I didn't do a good job of communicating exactly what I wanted, but they delivered more than I had hoped. Our family had a wonderful evening. Jongle Beach is a first class service company. The owners Rachel and Glenn are genuinely caring and friendly and are always willing to help out with any questions or needs you may have. They are clearly focused on making their customers' experiences the best they can be. We rented a paddle board and bikes for the week and they were there waiting for us when we arrived at our beach rental. FIVE SHINING STARS!!! This is the best rental business in SAnta Rosa Beach. We had a front row spot every day with plenty of room for our family of 12. Rachel is incredible! She even stopped by our last day in person to chat and make sure we were able to find a YOLO board from another retailer since I called too late to rent from them for that day. So professional and friendly!! Glen was also very helpful and assured us that all our chairs and umbrellas would be front row and out at 7am. Kind, courteous and exemplar customer service!!! We used their beach services for umbrellas, chairs, paddle board and bicycles. Even though they were busy, they made us feel like we were their only customers. They went out of their way to make us feel special. They are also very knowledgeable of the area for restaurants, bike routes, shopping and the best time to be at the beach. Also, 0ne of owners makes amazingly beautiful jewelry and art work which is displayed in their shop. It's a must see for souvenirs. Next time must try bonfires!! read more

My friend and I spent a week at the beach. Jongle took such good care of us! Glenn (from Jongle) put out beach chairs and an umbrella every morning and he picked them up every night. Glenn also made us a name sign so no one else would sit in our chairs. The sign is now a souvenir momento hanging on my porch. Jongle supplied bicycles for us to ride down to the beach. We had such a good time knowing Jongle would help with our every need! I'm going to Pensacola soon and just HOPE I can find a beach service as reliable as Jongle! read more

A fantastic shop owned by 2 of the nicest people! Best prices in town for beach chairs/umbrellas, bike, kickbike, SUP and kayak rentals! They also set up beach bonfires with fully stocked coolers so all you have to do is show up. We have used them many times for beach service, and are never disappointed! A visit to their shop is a MUST! The art and jewelry is absolutely gorgeous...and while you're there be sure to get kisses from Gypsy their sweet Golden. We will only rent from Jongle! These guys have customer services down to a science. We used them last week for our family's beach chair and bike rentals. The bikes were super cute and very well maintained and our beach chairs were exactly where we wanted them. Glenn and Rachel are so cute and fun to talk to. Mid day Rachel came down to the beach to check on us and how we liked the area, she remembered our talk about children and brought some extra toys for our toddlers to play with. We used Jongle Beach for our bike rentals at Santa Rosa Beach. We had 38 people, including 16 kids. We almost all had bikes. Jongle was great with dropping off our bikes to our rental house and providing us with the correct sizes and car seats for smaller children. With such a large party, these bikes were essential to multiple families enjoying our trip and being able to come and go as they please. All the bikes held up perfectly fine and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend. read more

We used Jongle Beach for our bikes as well as a beach bonfire. Our bikes were in perfect riding condition, had already been delivered when we arrived and were just perfect!! We went to Santa Rosa for my cousin's beach bachelorette trip & we needed beach chairs & a small intimate bonfire to celebrate! We called Jongle Beach & their prices were the best around! Glenn & Rachel had everything ready to go! The chairs were set up in a great spot with huge umbrellas and side tables for our phones & books. The best place to rent your bikes is Jongle!!! They can customize the bike to fit your needs like changing the seat, handlebars, and adding a basket - for FREE! They even have kid bikes! You can choose to pick up or have your bikes delivered right to your door- for FREE! You can even call ahead and have them reserve bikes for you during peak times. Hands down best customer service!!! We love Jongle!! Rachel and Glenn are always so accommodating. The chairs and umbrellas are always ready and waiting for us when we get to the beach. OMG how should I start....EXCELLENT customer service! The staff was SO friendly and nice specially towards our two boys. They let us rent their bikes and were flexible about the time to returned it since we were getting close to the cut off time to drop off. The shop is clean organize and the bikes were all in good shape! We plan on going back to SRB soon and we will definitely go back to Jongle to rent bikes and a Kayak ;-) read more

Loved the easy process of ordering online and having them delivered to our doorstep. Even though it was busy due to July 4th, the gentleman that dropped them off was so kind and made sure to mention to to give him a call if we had any issues (we didn't) and would stop by to fix it.
